Beautiful, but we couldn’t enjoy the beach.

At the time the pool and the restaurant were not open and I didn’t see it written anywhere ☹️

We had a room with the largest terrace I have ever seen in my life, offering an incredible view of the sea. The apartment was very spacious, with truly huge rooms. It was very convenient to have a kitchen, a dishwasher, and a washing machine in the apartment—the facilities were simply top-notch. To get to the sea, you need to go down some stairs, but it’s not too difficult. The entrance to the sea is a bit tricky because it’s a rocky coast, so you need to be a little careful, but the water is incredibly clean, and we loved everything.

Cliffside Bliss

Staying at Nautilus Apartments felt like having my own private slice of the Adriatic. Perched right above the rocky shoreline in Dobra Voda, the views are nothing short of spectacular — endless blue water by day and glowing sunsets at night. The sound of the waves became my favourite soundtrack. My apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a balcony that made morning coffee and evening wine feel extra special. The pool and private beach area were perfect for relaxing, and having the sea just steps away was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers and offering local tips. While breakfast could be a bit hit-and-miss and loungers fill up quickly, these were small trade-offs for such a peaceful and beautiful setting. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway where you can fall asleep to the sea and wake up to sunshine over the water, Nautilus Apartments is a fantastic choice. I left already dreaming about my next visit.

Wonderful view on the sea from apartment balcony Restaurant have delicious and affordable food, restaurant is placed on amazing location where you can enjoy views during day and the night. It is really quiet and peaceful in apartment complex where you can easily enjoy and relax with family.

Low hygienic standard, dirty sea, poor service, weak breakfast, dirty interior and hotel exterior, arrogant manager Kniezevic, terribly bed, bad hotel entrance, etc. Nests of swallows and dirt from them! Booking description is not corresponding to reality !!!

A beautiful location with a stunning view!

A beautiful location with a stunning view! The hotel is set in a breathtaking spot – it truly feels as if the sea flows right into the bedroom. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. The only downside is the steep walk down to the hotel and the uphill climb back to the main road, which might be challenging for some. We visited before the season started, so the restaurant was still closed, but that didn’t take away from the experience. Highly recommended!

Nice, spacious and clean apartment in a quiet area. But very bad infrastructure around.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment with two bathrooms. Well-functioning aircondition. Nice restaurant. Enough sun-beds and parasols. Nice and helpful staff in the reception, they gave us useful directions for finding the place and transport in the area. Quiet place, no loud music and parties, which we enjoyed.

Non-existing Internet connection (it did not work through whole stay). Terrible parking-conditions. We were in a back-building and our main balcony overlooked the roof of the building in front of us, unacceptable for this amount of money and not mentioned anywhere when we were booking. No infrastructure in the closest area, the nearest shop one kilometer away and no pavement, you walk along a very trafick-heavy road.

I sincerely recommend this place

Really spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with sea view located in quiet area of Dobra Voda, that even exceeded our expectations. Good proportion value for money, great communication with receptionist, he was really helpful, patient and polite. Once we arrived the receptionist showed us the whole apartment and explained all facilities. The mineral water and biscuits in the room were a nice touch at arrival. The warm swimming pool, private sea access with beach umbrella, the garrage for request. Concluding - I sincerely recommend this place :)

Incredible view and great stay

Unbeatable view, modern flats, great privacy and super nice and helpful people. Everything about the accommodation and facilities around it is perfect. The place is calm and you really get to rest like a king.

Breakfast. Do not buy breakfast, it is not worth. A serious issue for such a great place. For example, lowest grade hams of worst quality to be served in Montenegro or any Balkans is hardly forgivable. And coffee is not good at all. It didn’t spoil the general impression, but definitely something that they can improve!

Great place for a relaxing holiday

-absolutely gorgeous sea front view from our balcony (we booked an apartment with sea view) -nice and modern decor in the apartment -two showers in a two bedroom apartment -two balconies -nice little restaurant where to buy food

-only one balcony had chairs and a table so depending which balcony you wanted to spend time in, you always had to carry stuff with you to the other balcony -extra payment for sun chairs (that price could be built into the room rent to save the trouble for always paying extra for regular services)

Superb

Very spacious apartment, with minimalist modern design and A/C in both living room and bedroom. The hotel has a private beach. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use it due to weather conditions, but it looks very nice. Private descent to the water, sun beds, you can also rent umbrellas. There's a restaurant on the site, with sea view and large choice of meals. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, allowing much earlier check-in, delivering extra pillows and generally being super nice.

It felt like the room wasn't that thoroughly cleaned. There were some stains on the surfaces, like the table, and hair under the shower. I mean, it was not awfully dirty, but could be improved. I witnessed one unpleasant incident. There were cats climbing on the chairs and table outside the restaurant and the cook went out to chase them away (which is understandable). But while doing that, he tried to kick one of the cats, and that's a no-go for me.

very minimal breakfast, tons of stairs, sewage pump on balcony makes it unusable, boilers were not preheated so we had a long wait before we could shower at 23:00. Very minimal shore access makes a crowded entry and exit from the water. The driveway to get from the main road to the property is e x t r e m e l y steep and very dangerous to get out of as you only see the skies when you drive up and have no ability to stop midway before entering the main road from Bar. The no money back cancelation policy was unlike other properties and we had to pay 50% extra to check out late.

Very good

The view was breathtaking and the apartment was huge and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We loved the apartment.

Breakfast service was terrible. We had to wait for hour and a half to get our food, and sometimes the guests that came and ordered after us, got their breakfast in 15 minutes. Also, there was a very poor selection of meals without pork or bacon, which was difficult for some guests, including us.

parking was impossible with the steep angle of the mountain. receptionist was never there and staff in the restaurant was extremely incompetent. there was weed left in our closet. check in was 2 hrs late and we had to wait.

Friendly staff.

The room looks unfinished and needs some renovation. Wi-Fi is available only in certain places in the living room, in other places of the apartment, it is not available or has a very low speed. The shower is broken and only one of its sections works. We got poisoned in the restaurant, so I definitely do not recommend ordering potato pancakes with meat. The garage is generally a nightmare. 15 euros for the fact that you will have a small cell that is difficult to drive into. It should be a shame for such a garage, and even more so not to charge 15 euros per day. The hotel is generally poorly maintained and does not match its rating.

Superb

Our apartment was far better than we expected. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. The view was stunning and one could sit on the terrace all day long just watching across the open sea. The staff was kind and helpful.

I simply did not like the fact that they charge additionally for using sun loungers at the hotel's private beach. Also, the free parking lots are a few minutes away, an uphill climb, and they charge extra for the ones that are next to the reception desk and the beach.

Closer to a 2 star experience

Private sea access Room was well sized and Bright Staff appear very helpful although do not speak English.

Breakfast was bad; only allowed one drink, not buffet, very few options. Very slow service and made mistakes on every breakfast service. We had one dinner at the restaurant which was horrendous, two out of three of us couldn't eat our meal, pork was served red with blood flooding the plate. Chicken dish was the same. The pool was out of service for half of our stay. The Bathrooms were not clean Upon arrival, and constantly smelt like sewers. The room wasn't cleaned during our whole week, just replenish towels twice and made the beds once. The staff cannot communicate in English, other than one young male. When the issue with our food arose, we had to speak to three different waiting staff and between them they couldn't understand the issue. (In the end we cancelled one of the dishes and that guest didn't eat anything, I chose to eat around the chicken blood I have photos). No towels are provided to use by the pool or beach, which we didn't find out until we had checked in. they suggested we took a €20 round trip to the hypermarket to buy some.

The apartament is located in beautiful Montenegro. Poor but tasty breakfast.

There was no hot water and the cold appeared sporadically for a short time not enough to take a cold shower, which meant that we had to wash at gas stations.

We loved our apartments. The view of the sea was incredible. The staff of the Nautilus was really nice and helpfull.

The restaurant of the hotel wasn’t that good that we thought. The food was nice but the staff in the restaurant was really bad. We didnt had forks cupes and clean plates in the brekfast and they didnt care about it, only when we told them.
