Unsafe payment process – avoid this property

We booked through Booking.com and entered credit card details there, but the card information was forwarded to the owner, who charged the deposit directly. Messages about how to pay the balance were ignored for two months. At check-in the rest was paid in cash, yet 10 days after the stay a message arrived saying the booking was “canceled,” causing issues with Booking.com. We left one day earlier because we didn’t like the place, even though the full stay was paid. It is extremely unsafe that a private individual has full access to card details and can use them freely.

Good value for money, especially for short stays.

Close to the sea, wooden sun beds available throughout the day and especially in the afternoon, where you can enjoy the sunset on the beach. Unfortunately our apartment didn’t have a sea view, but we could enjoy the sunset on the beach.

There were stones and rocks everywhere, and a very narrow path into the sea. Swimming shoes are a must. Even though I am a good swimmer, the waves were so big at the afternoon that I could hardly get out of the water and stay on the pebble path.

Beautiful Location and Views, Minor Inconveniences

The apartment was clean and smelled fresh from the building entrance all the way to the rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had almost all essentials. The fridge, electric stovetop, electric kettle, air conditioner, TV, and especially the internet all worked perfectly. We brought our own items like basic spices, coffee, sugar, toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron, so we didn’t miss anything. The sea and sunset views from the balcony were amazing. There were enough loungers and parasols, but we recommend bringing sponge beach mats for extra comfort. The beach entrance is rocky with sharp edges, so water sneakers are a must item to have. Also, there are no shops or supermarkets nearby, so it’s best to arrive fully prepared. However, there are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance.

The parking lot is a bit away, and a sudden drop from the paved to unpaved road near the entrance toward the appartments could potentially damage smaller cars underneath because of it's sharp edge. We also had a broken balcony chair that wasn’t replaced, despite messages sent via Booking and Viber not receiving a timely response. Even all that said, the place was still much better than many we’ve visited before, a beautiful place with not much crowd and we would definitely like to visit and stay there again!

Location, view and spaciousness. It was literally 30 secs from the beach, which was very calm and peaceful. Balcony was perfect.

Bathroom was smelly when we entered; kitchen has only the most needed equipment, no nice touches. Week earlier I called host to ask about our payment as they took everything in advance, and I didn’t like they way he talks with a guest.

Decent stay, nice view

It was right next to the beach and the view was beautiful, especially in the morning and evening. The room is nice and clean, not over the top or anything. It had its own beach access with free sunbeds.

It’s a bit pricey and advertised as luxurious - when it’s a perfectly fine place. What I think could definitely be improved is communication with guests, e.g. a confirmation mail with instructions. It was a basic key in the door policy, we had to call to find that out in fact. Also, it would be nice if there was a possibility to leave our stuff after checking out. Some small amenities would be a plus (especially if advertised and priced as lux) - like shampoo and/or coffee/sugar.

Our room did not have a Sea view as advertised in the offer, and the A/C is not strong enough for the apartment. The appartment is fully equiped and has comfortable beds. It is very close to the beach and you can have a great walk to Utjeha Plaza for Bars and restaurant.

The most amazing view you can think of

We were really lucky to get the apartment on the top floor, with the most beautiful view. Sunsets were absolutely magnificient! The apartment was really nice, with a comfy bed. The bottle of wine was a really nice gesture from the owners. The beach in front of the apartments has a rocky entrance, BUT the coral reefs are only a couple of meters away. If you're into snorkeling, this will be a heaven for you! 😍 All in all, a lovely experience, and we'd gladly come back.

The road that leads to the apartments isn't great. We would've appreciated a heads up about this. However, that's not the owner's fault.

Disappointing

It's really located almost on the seafront, sunbeds available free of charge. Though the view was partially obstructed by construction site, the terrase was large so we could have great view to the sea. Bed was very comfy and apartment is very spacious and light.

Too expensive for what it provides. Name "luxury" does not picture real situation. Furniture is outdated. We were accommodated in ground floor which has specific smell comming from the mold (inside kitchen cabinets especially). Water tank in toilet mailfunctioned so we had to pour water from the bucket (we fixed it fortunately).

The view. The apartment is great. It was a short stay, but I'd recommend a longer vacation there. The hosts are also quite professional.

Local road is bit bumpy. There's no grocery store near by, so I'd recommend using your car to get supplies for more than a few days.

Zamerke nisi takve da ne bismo dosli ponovo.

Objekat je onakav kakav je na fotografijama. Cisto je. Na lepom mestu pa nam ne pogled iz A5 bio lep. More jako lepo i cisto.

Losa izolacija pa se sve iz okolnih apartmana cuje. Spremacica nije usla nijednom. Peskiri se menjaju posle 3 dana - sacekaju te u kesi okacenoj na vratima apartmana. Ulazak u more je katastrofalan. Kada smo se satali okolinom, videli smo da sve plaze imaju bar stepenice za ulazak u more. Ovde nemaju. Ketler je propustao vodu, kada se sipa vise od jedne solje vode. Treba da se zameni. Prilaz do apartmana autom je jako los. Put je kisa dosta unistila pa imaju rupe. Imam nizak auto i bas se rizikuje da se osteti pogotovo kada idete do parkinga koji je 100m udaljen od smestaja.

Udoban i lepo opremljen smeštaj sa PRELEPIM pogledom na more

Bili smo smešteni u apartmanu 10, fotografije realno opisuju smeštajnu jedinicu. Apartman je vrlo komforan za 4 osobe i ima pogled na more sa bukvalno svakog prozora u apartmanu. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim neophodnim posudjem. Plaža se nalazi ispred samog objekta na minut hoda od apartmana i dostupne su ležaljke i suncobran. More je bilo prečisto i toplo (sredina jula meseca). Parking je dostupan ali nije ispred samog objekta već se nalazi na par minuta hoda od smeštaja. S obzirom da smo stigli pre vremena koje je predvidjeno za check-in, domaćin nam je omogućio raniji ulazak u apartman.

Pristup moru je malo nezgodan zbog stena i kamenja tako da je preporuka da se nose patikice za vodu. Jedna od retkih zamerki je početna komunikacija sa domaćinom. Imajući u vidu da sam slala poruke putem Bookinga i Vibera da najavim dolazak i potrebno parking mesto, nažalost odgovor nisam dobila. Kontakt sa domaćinom sam ostvarila tek na dan ulaska u apartman (par sati pre ulaska u smeštaj) tj. tek kada domaćin nije uspeo da naplati drugi deo iznosa. Tada smo se čuli telefonom, rešili problem sa bankom i transakcijom pa mi je tek nakon proknjižene uplate stigla informacija o tačnoj lokaciji parkinga, šifri za wi fi i informaciji o preuzimanju ključa.

Pogled iz apartmana je fenomenalan. Vredi svaki cent. U samom mestu koje je malo nema neke zabave kao u većim mestima, ali za one koji tragaju za pravim odmorom pored mora, odlično je. U apartmanu ima svega što vam je potrebno za boravak. Krevet je udoban, a domaćin ljubazan i preduzimljiv.

Moglo bi da se poradi na svakodnevnom menjanju peškira. Nije teško, a ostavlja mnogo bolji utisak i gostima mnogo znači.
