Nice apartment in quiet area and close to sea.

Its a pain in .... to find, but owner is on whatsapp and can send you location that way. Google maps was way off on location. So better options to navigate, either by car gps or mobilephone.

Too much light comes into the room, bringing a mask is key for sleep.

You have to buy even toilet paper, I think that’s a bit much. I think these places should atleast provide the basic. Also ladies at reception didn’t know how to speak English, as nice as they were, luckily the daughter of one of them could and was helpful. Very remote area, you NEED a car!

Dirty dishes, dirty sheets, dust everywhere, dirty floor, shower not functioning, not enough toilet paper, no kitchen towels, narrow parking (scratched my car for the first time in my life over 15 years of driving), charged as a fee for the dog although there are many agressive stray dogs around the place, wifi not working. The property is not near the sea and uses fake photos, representing the beach as their own. The host is rude, and even asked of us to cancel our stay on Booking in exchange for not charging as a fee for our pet, which we refused. All in all, price is way to high for such a bad service

Nice property, terrible owner! Avoid!

Nice, quiet, and with a good staff, but..

The property itself was nice, but the entire experience was ruined by the host. He was not only rude and unprofessional but also dishonest. He charged us for the tourism tax but never actually paid it. When we asked for confirmation of payment — which is required at border control and without it you can get fined — he tried to convince us that no one checks it and that we shouldn't worry about it. Right after we checked out, he cancelled the booking, likely hoping we wouldn’t be able to leave a negative review. When we requested proof of payment for the accommodation (since he refused to process it through Booking.com), the only thing we received was a vague email — not even a proper invoice. When I followed up, I was rudely told to leave him alone. Overall, a very unpleasant experience that completely overshadowed the stay.

We were very satisfied 😌The building really deserves 4 stars, it's perfectly build. It is a very comfortable,clean and calm place, far from loud traffic, close to the beach, which is absolutely proper for diving. The staff is very nice and helpful, the totally clean swimming pools increase the value. Both sandy and rocky beaches are close.

Magicno!!!

Vila je fantasticna, a pre svega vlasnici i ljudi koji tamo rade. Docekani smo prijatno i ljubazno kao da se znamo sto godina. Apartmani su novi, cisti i vise nego prostrani. Imaju masinu za sudje, masinu za ves i sve sto je potrebno od posudja. Bazen za decu i odrasle izuzetno cist sa lezaljkama i suncobranima. Rostilj se moze koristiti u dvoristu i tamo je carobno. Imaju i igraliste za klince. Ono sto je nas pored svega ovog fasciniralo je pogled sa vrha vile gde su 3 ogromne terase. Pogled na otvoreno more, zalazak sunca, vrede milione. Svaka cast! Svakome preporucujemo. Vila je MAGICNA! Vidimo se sledece godine. Hvala Vam na gostoprimstvu, zaista ste divni. Pozdrav od Radane, Djoleta, Tamare i Ivane❤️

Nice and new apartment with kitchen and sea view and everything that can be needed

It is located in a very small town with no grocery stores and restaurants, so if you’re traveling without car it will be super difficult to get somewhere. We were waiting for someone to check us in for more than an hour and no one responded.

Fabulous

The apartment was really cool. It was modern, big and cosy. And its only 5-7 min down the street and you're on the beach. The personnel is very kind as well.

Location from the airport is up to 2h riding. But overall you need to have a car if you simply want to go shopping (the nearest convenient supermarket is quite far). The only thing I really didn't like was the possibility to pay ONLY by cash (although it was stated in the reservation that credit cards are also accepted. This was frustrating....

We have to stay one night in that region. For those place it is not bad variant. Big aparts with 2 bedrooms, very comfortable and very clean beds. A lot (really, lot of) towels.

Main building is not clean inside. Garbage near the stairs. After Kotor bay region and Tivat it was surprise such not clean public territory. Our room was madden in the day we arrive so i found a wet floor in bathroom, smelly water closet, hairs on water closets bottom. Almost all glasses and plates and cups were inside of wash machine. Stock of shower is full and water stays inside. But generally apartments were cleaned well

Klimatyzacja tylko w pokoju dziennym. W sypialni w nocy nie dało sie spać. Dodatkowo na balkonie bardzo mało miejsca. Obsługa nie rozmawia po Angielsku. Ciężko było się dogadać.

Boravak u ovom smeštaju je bio zaista sjajan! Sve je bilo čisto, uredno i lepo sređeno, baš kao na slikama. Lokacija je odlična, mirna i prijatna, a opet blizu svega što je potrebno. Osećali smo se kao kod kuće i rado bismo ponovo došli. Topla preporuka svima!

Super unkompliziert und saubere Zimmer und Anlage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und es funktioniert alles. Es wird auch stetig erneuert und ausgetauscht (bei Abfahrt wurden neue Liegepolster geliefert)

Классный садик с роштилем и гамаками. Вечером там очень уютно, зажигают фонарики. Чистый бассейн. Удобные кровати. Есть парковка. Заселение и выселение без проблем.

Маленькая и неуютная гостиная. Далековато от моря, точка на карте стоит гораздо ближе, идти в горку по жаре тяжеловато. Перед отелем стройка, вроде не шумно, но никакого красивого вида не будет. Частный пляж не совсем частный, отель делит его с другими рядом, хотя лежаков нам хватало. Неудобный заход в море, но тут везде так. Нам нехватало посуды. Была посудомойка, но не было для нее капсул, как и капсул для стирки. Пришлось покупать всё это и даже тряпочки для стола. За проживание с котиком заплатили 50 евро, при этом за 10 дней у нас убрались в номере один раз, и то когда мы очень попросили. Мусор не выносили, даже мусорных пакетов не дали. Сказали если котик что-то испортит, то придется за это заплатить. Тогда за что мы уже заплатили 50 евро, если не за уборку и не за потенциальную порчу мебели? Несколько раз просили разобраться с душем, вода совсем не уходила, но увы, всё так и осталось. Немного пошарпаны стены, вода из кондиционера сливается в старую пятилитровую бутылку на балконе, и она постоянно переполняется. Но на эти мелочи можно было бы закрыть глаза. Самое неприятное впечатление осталось именно от плохой уборки в номере. Если бы не это, то проживание можно было оценить выше
