Staff is polite...when they're there. Facilities are efficient and clean.

I have stayed at this property several years in a row and have usually had a good experience. However, this time, despite sticking to my announced travel time, there was no staff to greet me, the caretaker was out and the number to call for post 5pm check ins went unanswered so I was stuck outside waiting after a tiring flight until someone returned. Then I spent 45 minutes trying to get on the internet only to learn that it had been out of commission for months and would not be fixed while I was there. They kindly gave me the office internet but I had to sit right next to my door for the weak signal to reach me. Finally, was tried to deal with some of these issues, the office staff as missing even during the limited. hours(9-5) that they were open. To their credit, they were polite and apologetic but simply not on top of running the place. I gave the rating a GOOD only because of my past positive experiences.
