The locationis excelent, also is a quiet hostal, no party. The staff is nice and they helped me with my luggage.
There are no lifts, and it is heavy to go upstairs with a 23kg luggage, but the front desk guy helped me, so nice.

My initial booking was for one night because I was unsure what I would be doing. Then after not finding a next appropriate place to be I decided to book an additional night to give me time to find my feet in Perth. After my first day in Perth I asked if it might be possible to stay for the additional two nights. Only one was possible, it they also suggested an alternative for the night in between.

the breakfast was very poor. The choice was cornflakes or uncooked rolled oats! No fruit or toast. a bit strange.
a resident there gave me directions on where to find the women's showers on the floor above the I was staying in. The staff should have told me where it was and also there should be some signs to it.
