Welcoming staff who allowed us to drop off our luggage as we arrived very early on an overnight flight. Breakfast was a good bonus. Great location for city sight seeing.
The facilities are getting old and worn out. This was the most affordable place we could find however it was still fairly pricey. Helpful friendly staff made up for that.

Comfy bed, central position, good for one night
Bathroom, toilets and showers need to be cleaned and maybe renewed a bit. Poor breakfast, don’t offer it at this stage

Excellent Location : Next to Perth station. Welcoming, Friendly n Helpful staff esp Matt.
The place, our room smells bad. The common room / arm chairs felt dirty so it is hard to inhabit that space. The racks in the shower cubicles are either non- existent or rusty
