Spacious room, beautiful view, heated pool is must to have with kids, superb location, so close to all the bus and train and walking distance to major attractions. Great customer service, highly recommended, will come back again

My family checked in on a Sunday, when most shops in the CBD area were closed. The hotel offers valet parking for AUD 50, although a more affordable option at AUD 30 is available if you obtain a Wilson Parking ticket from the hotel and park across the street. Upon arrival, we noticed that one of the drawers in the room had been left open, which gave a less-than-ideal first impression. My main concern, however, was the movable soft bed. Even the slightest movement caused it to shift, which made it less comfortable for a good night's sleep. That said, the hotel has a convenient location and appears to be a great option for weekday stays, especially when the surrounding CBD area is more vibrant and the nearby shops and facilities are open.

Housekeeping standards were low. For example, a hair tie from one of the housekeepers was found left behind on the bedside table, a pair of sunglasses from one of the previous guests was found in the wardrobe, used bath towels were not replaced with new ones, bed was not done up properly and the toilet was still pretty dirty after housekeeping had been done. Upon checking out, the hotel staff at the front desk did not have a friendly disposition and also treated different groups of guests very differently.
