    The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast impressed me with the high quality and the good taste of the food. The staff, especially the ones serving the restaurant, are really nice. They chat with the customers friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

    I like my balcony view and early check in and getting my room early all thanks to help from Alex, Hotel Hotel also provides good room service too helping me to get one boomerang and one ltd’s pillow for me and a,so a bowl for my noodles. I also love the room which can see a very beautiful view of Langley park form my balcony. I really enjoy my room stay and hotel stay in Crown Plaza Oerth. So thank you crown plaza and Alex for making me feel homely at here.

    Stayed in a queen River view room. Room was lovely and clean. Fantastic bathroom and amazing view of the river from the balcony. Would stay again

    Recently stayed for 5D4N here with a booking of x2 interconnecting rooms. Pros: Friendly front reception staff *** (during check-in). Although one (didn’t catch her name) of them almost got our bags mixed up upon collection despite being tagged. 😱 Free washing and dryer machine provided for hotel guests. Cons: Parking: No notification that the in-house carpark need to be pre-booked and paid before hand. Had to park car elsewhere for the first night upon arrival. Cost of parking: AUD$40 per night. Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival and throughout entire stay. Layer of dust seen on refreshments shelf. Upon daily housekeeping, washroom floor was only dried, with the shower area drain not being cleared/cleaned daily (hair fall still seen at drain). Room carpet not being vacuumed. Layer of dust seen after the housekeeping helped to move and join both beds together for child safety. Maintenance & Amenities: The air conditioning unit was occasionally noisy with clicking/ tapping sound coming from the aircorn. Upon internal checks by the maintenance team, was claimed that no such sounds was detected. (Not sure how long they spent to observe though), sadly can’t upload video recording of the aircorn sound here. Interconnecting door: one of the rooms door hinge is spoilt, can’t stay open. Informed reception staffs, provided us door stopper. But claimed that the doors should be closed at all times for the hotel fire safety compliance. Value: Given the lack of basic comfort and poor facility maintenance, the high nightly rate was completely unjustified. 4 star hotel with 1 star cleaning and maintenance service. Verdict: Would not recommend or return. There are far better options available in the area for the price.
