Nice quiet hotel stone's throw away from the Swan River. If you are looking for a place with plenty of eateries and shopping however, this is at least 1.5 km away from the CBD. You can take the free to board CAT bus.

Loved the location, the meals were amazing, staff were lovely and helpful and it was not a crowded hotel. It felt relaxed. The only downside, and it’s not going to impact me booking again, was it was a little dated in the bathroom and we could hear people talking in the room next door. Other than that, it was a really great place to stay and we will book again.

Very friendly and professional staff, the room was clean and stylish with nespresso machine which was always good to have a coffee while waiting. Parking was extra 35 aud a night and breakfast would have been better if it was complete buffet breakfast instead of ordering off menu.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. A special mention to Jose, who was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was efficient and prompt in cleaning the room daily and replenishing amenities whenever needed. room daily and replenishing amenities whenever needed. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The room felt quite dark, and additional lighting would make it feel brighter and more welcoming. As our room was located on the ground floor, there were frequent door-slamming sounds that could be disruptive (possibly from the restaurant door next to our room). We also experienced loud noises coming from the toilet area that lasted about 10–15 seconds at a time and occurred several times throughout our stay, including at around 11PM on one night. This may have been related to the plumbing or water pressure system. Being on the ground floor also raised some security concerns. On one evening, a person appeared to mistake our room for theirs and attempted to open our door. While no harm was done, it was an unsettling experience. The bathroom felt somewhat dated, and there were visible stains on the bathtub.
