Location was good, but a bit far away from the center. I had read that many rooms only had fans, but luckily ours had air conditioner, and it was very necessary since we were there in August. There was a cute cat living in the vila that loves to be petted.
The rooms felt a bit dirty, the bathrooms light are automatic, so they turn off while you're showering, there's a light sign close to the door (indicading where the door is in case of fire) that won't turn off, so at night the room is still very bright (night glasses are a must).

Location to the centre. Felt very safe
The room would benefit from an improved ventilation system or air conditioning. The room was unbearably hot during our stay. We would stay in this establishment again but would be put off by this

Great location and more space than most other places to stay in this price range. Nice large bathroom and shower. Surrounded by a very quiet and safe, private courtyard.
Could have been cleaner, especially in the corners and under the beds. Couldn't figure out how to operate the blinds to cool the room off, so it was very hot upstairs. The twin size bed was very narrow.

Beds were comfortable and spacious bathroom.
Apartment for 4 was not comfortable. If you intend cooking the kitchen size is OK, however not enough cooking utensils. Frying pans need to be renewed.
Worse part is there is no space to eat as a family; you have 4 high stools facing the wall.
