Beautiful, cozy apartment like hotel. Room is very spacious, great for group of girls on getaway trip, family or your other half. I really enjoyed the half balcony with the backyard view, feels like getting that extra touch of staying in Amsterdam. Also, there is a tram outside about 2-3min walk, very convenient.
Everything about the hotel is great, check-in with the hologram check-in staff is really cool. Only thing is if you have large suitcases can contact the hotel in advance to see if they have rooms on the lower floor, as this hotel is only access by stairs with no elevators so it would not be convenient if you have a lot of luggages going to the upper floors.

Beds, pillows and linen were great, the room had Air-conditioning and plenty of toiletries supplied.
3 flights of narrow stairs, tiny coffee cups, no mugs for tea and no shower door so water floods the bathroom.

The location was great.
Stairs. Too many flights , narrow and dangerous steps. Bedrooms were not ready for check in even dough we had a late check in. There were no towels in our room and we had to go find them ourselves because there were no staff in the building. Used bedding and towels laid in the hallway floor for the afternoon and night. They were only removed by the next morning!!!!
