    Location is good, not far away from the city center.

    Heater did’t work and manager refused to call a repairman, so I froze…slept in my clothes with 2 bed covers. When the manager finally came on site, he chose not to talk with me and instead sent the receptionist to communicate his own words. Very unprofessional. Very discourteous. Additionally, housekeeping, took my soiled towels, but did not replace them. A horrible experience and I will never return.

    The location of the hotel is very good and extremely convenient. It’s very easy to access from the central station, and the tram station is very, very close. The location is definitely a big plus point. The hotel charges are reasonable and good for the area. Cleanliness was also maintained well. However, the rooms are quite small — than what appears in the pictures. For a single person or a couple, the room would be fine. But for a family with a child, it may feel too small. Overall, great location and decent pricing,

    Hassan at reception counter very helpful guy! Cons- housekeeping staff not upto mark. Tag placed for make up room but only rubbish cleared. No cup cleaned, no change of towels, untidy bed etc. Pros- good location just next to tram stop. Room size excellent
