Excellent stay. Would book again.

The property is in an ideal location with great facilities. Ski room is well equipped and secure, the rooms are thoughtfully decorated and the property has a really funky design with many amazing art pieces all over the hotel. Alex runs a great hotel and makes every feel welcome. The cherry on the top is the lovely roof top pool overlooking the ski area with excellent spa facilities.

It would be nice if there were possibly some lunch or dinner options.

Stunning place in a wonderful village.

It's a little gem facing the mountain and in the middle of the fields, everything is beautiful, everything is well thought out and you walk in the middle of a museum, art is everywhere 🙌The owner is a lover of pretty things and plants. Bonsai and cactus are amazing. We also had one of the best breakfast ever!!!! And just have a look of the rooftop pool ! It looks like a ship and it matches so well with the Aliens statues. Perfect. For those with kids it’s the paradise!!!! Everything is made for them. Incredible.

Maybe the possibility to eat at night. Something like 3 choices of meals (meat/fish/veggie that you can reheat yourself in the dining room. We are in summer and it’s easy and nice to got out but after a day on the slopes we know that we prefer to stay at the hotel after a good shower then going out. (ITS PERSONAL)

Lovely location and Spa facilities, very nice sauna and infinity pool. Had an infrared sauna in my room. Pure luxury! Employees were more than welcoming and friendly, excellent!

the fact that we were literally locked in at 6am. while attempting to leave at 6am the door to the lobby/the outside was locked so there was NO way out of the hotel. We were literally “locked in”, had to improvise and go to the first floor to find a balcony open to leave the hotel and drag the luggage across the hotel from the back. no one answered the phone from the hotel phone number and not a single staff was there to help even after multiple attempts at knocking on the lobby door (that was, again, locked! so basically locking us all in). very disappointing and stressful end of our vacation. missed our flight because of this, totally unacceptable.

Excellent stay at the Alps Lodge in Fiss

We had an excellent stay at the Alps Lodge in Fiss. The Alps Lodge is just a really nice hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The hotel also has an excellent breakfast. The wellness area and rooftop swimming pool are also excellent.

Unique, relaxing, comfortable, stylish.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The view from the room to the mountains was a show itself. Rooms are nice, maybe a bit simple, but overall it has everything that is needed. Excellent coffee in the room. The breakfast is excellent, with vide variety of foods, and top quality. The spa area is spectacular and unique, really enjoyed after snowboarding all day... The staff was helpful and kind.

Lack of extra services (massage, restaurant, 24hour reception) But besides this, the overall experience is high.

The host were really great, very friendly and help and really looked after us.

The only negative would be the value of the room .... we paid a lot for quite a few people in what was a relatively small room and with only 1 bathroom between 6 adults.

Our stay in the hotel was above and beyond

Our room was overlooking the mountains, with really comfortable beds, Dutch TV and enough space to store luggage. Rooftop heated swimming pool with 360 degree view of the mountains is amazing. In addition it offered a modern spa. Breakfast was extensive and delicious Friendly, hospitable staff. All in all amazing and we booked our next holidays during the skiing season.

I missed a full length mirror in the room.

Die Bar war sehr dunkel und nicht einladend für einen Drink. Der Preis von Fr. 205/Person und Nacht ist für das Gebotene zu hoch.

Ein wunderschöner Pool mit traumhaftem Ausblick und ein großartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen veganen Alternativen. Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Eine hochwertige Zimmerausstattung und ein beeindruckender Panoramablick – durch das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade wurde der Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Vielen Dank dafür!

Ab der ersten Sekunde fühlten wir uns wohl im Alps Lodge. Wir durften viel früher in unser Zimmer & haben sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade bekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt. Sehr schöner Wellness Bereich, mit warmen außen Pool. Die außergewöhnliche Dekoration im gesamten Gebäude macht es zu etwas ganz besonderen.

Nichts! Bitte behaltet alles genauso bei! Ihr macht richtig!

toller Wanderurlaub - es waren viele Bergbahnen nutzbar und auch viele Hütten geöffnet.

Frühstück es fehlte nichts und es gab mehr als gewöhnlich. Zimmer sind groß - wir hatten Panorama Suite mit toller Aussicht und moderner Ausstattung Personal war immer freundlich und gut gelaunt Die Lage ist super da nur wenige Minuten zu den Bergbahnen. Der Garten mit den Figuren und die Bepflanzung ist außergewöhnlich. Poolbereich auf dem Dach mit Sauna und Dampfbad war ein Erlebnis.

einmal wurde der Pool etwas zu früh abgelassen - war aber kein Problem. Um Energie zu sparen wir das Wasser nachts gesondert gespeichert was wiederum sehr sinnvoll ist..

Einfach ein modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit gutem Service und einem super Frühstück.

Das ist der moderne Look des alpenländischen Designs. Das ganze Hotel ist durchdacht und perfekt für den Gast ausgerichtet. Ob Bett oder Bad, es ist immer alles vorhanden, was man sich genau an diese Stelle wünscht. Alles ist auf dem neusten Stand. Super war für uns der große Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht. Auch beim Frühstück bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Super Lage Super Aufenthalt.

Die Alps Lodge ist ein kuules Hotel, unsere Panorama Suite war super mit 2 Kindern. So hatten die Kinder ihr Zimmer und wir unser und doch waren alle in einem Zimmer. Auch der Pool und der Wellnessbereich waren super. Auch die Kinder durften den benutzen. Am Pool war Partymusik wodurch die Kids nicht ruhig sein mussten. Im Wellnessbereich mit Dampfbad und Finnischer Sauna konnten die Kinder ruihg sein und mit uns alles anschauen, probieren. Da es nicht viel Leute gab. Frühstück war auch super. Hatte von allem Etwas.

Leider war am Abend die Bar nie offen. ab 19:00h war Rezeption und Bar zu.

Super schönes und angenehmes Hotel

Lage direkt an den Bergbahnen super . Das Personal war super bemüht und hat allen Fragen super betreut da leider beim online buchen ein Kind untergegangen ist, das wurde aber toll und unproblematisch gelöst. Der Pool ist schön und beheizt , das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden und wurde nachgefüllt .

Spontan gebucht und einen Mega-Aufenthalt bekommen

Der Pool, das Zimmer, die Aussicht, das Frühstück, das Zimmerupgrade, die Schaukel auf dem Balkon, etc. Es war einfach Mega.

Man hätte erwähnen können, dass der angebotene Tiefgaragenstellplatz für mein Motorrad eine Gebühr kostet. Dies war aber auch wirklich das Einzige,was nicht perfekt war.

Tolles Frühstück, super Wellness-Bereich. Der Chef Alex wie auch das andere Personal kümmert sich sehr freundlich um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste.
