    Room was dated, but clean and cosy.. no problems. Only thing missing was a pool to relax around. Never mind.

    For Phuket, as a couple, we loved staying here. we could walk right out of the hotel into the main area of Kamala, and just a short walk from the beach. The room was clean, they provided towels, mats, and umbrellas for the beach! The staff was always so friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice, you get a selection of a few things every morning, and they would accommodate some small changes as well, we really enjoyed the laid back area in the morning, but right off the Main Street to have breakfast and family who provided it was always so friendly. Side note: coffee shop in the lobby area of the hotel is AWESOME also. The bar area right outside the hotel was also very convenient and nice to hang out in the evening at. Its not a matter of IF we come back to Phuket, its a matter of when, and we will be staying here!

    The lady at front desk was very nice but the main problems for us were we were on the 3rd floor with no lift or staff to help carry heavy bags. The front desk is not manned 9pm-9am so nowhere to report issues. Rooms were fine, clean, no issues. Sofabed uncomfortable. Very nice looking coffee shop on ground floor but we didn’t get to try as left too early.
