Generally pleasant stay. Value for price.

Excellent location on main street with many restaurants and very close to the beach. Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was very convenient when traveling with family and friends.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Amazing stay in Kamala Beach - Phuket

The hotel is great! We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms so our family could stay together. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the wifi worked seamlessly. Our balcony opened directly to the swimming pool, which was amazing! The location was also great! The hotel’s restaurant is delicious and there’s plenty to do around. The hotel is just a stone’s throw to the beach, which is beautiful! Definitely worth the money!

Overall very good, good value, with the issues mentioned addressed it would of been perfect.

Location is ideal, in the centre of Kamala beach a stones through from restaurants, shops and the beach. Step inside to a quite oasis, a home from home type apartment and a dip in peaceful pool. Ann’s kitchen served good quality, tasty dishes and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Tony, thank you👍

Not much to complain about for the price, only remarks or recommendations would be a microwave in the kitchen especially as it is marketed for families, overall cleanliness was good but we did notice under the beds could do with a clean… only because we were looking for a toy our son had lost! Car park hard to access due to ramp scrapping car, would be ok in SUV but difficult in a lower / smaller car.

Well located and priced

The location is great as you are right on the beach road. And Its one of the very few places in the area that provide parking in the back. The staff are helpful and friendly. Ann´s Kitchen is quite convenient and their food is good. The room was spacious, clean and well facilitated.

Nice pool, short walk to the beach, excellent restaurant. Very nice and clean sand beach. Enough restaurants, shops, bars, but still calm and peaceful - we love the location.

Convenient location, comfortable stay.

Location and having direct access to the pool. It was also very spacious.

Shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot, not enough toilet paper provided, wasn’t the most clean (mysterious brown smear on the toilet wall), and could have provided some more basic amenities in the kitchen.

Not recommended at all

Friendly stuff, size of the room is big and access to the pool easily

The hotel is very old, and the furniture and bed sheets are in bad shape. My son’s sheet was black on the inside because it was so old, and some sheets were even torn. There was a bad smell in the room, and it wasn’t clean when we first arrived. When the staff came to clean, they only fixed the bed and did a little surface cleaning. The bathroom stayed dirty, and they didn’t change the dirty sheets. Unfortunately, our time there was not good. Even my kids still say it was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

Asked for 10 additional clothes hangers but only given 3 citing no extra clothes hangers for hotel guests. We are in the beach hotel, wanting to try the laundry after the session in the beach is very common and we will expect the hotel to have prepared more laundry hangers.

Great Location. Proximity to beach was great.

Very dirty. Not cleaned properly over time . A deep clean was ordered the next day. So was addressed but allowing guests to check into a room that bad was shocking. Bed very hard. Pillows. Coffee cups not changed during stay, just rinsed in sink. Pool did not look clean so did not use. Some front desk employees seem to care others indifferent.

good location ,close to beach & nightlife, TV was good but wifi not so fast 20MBS max. Bed was comfy & AC was cold

noise from corridor, doors very thin. Room was showing signs of wear & tear. Cheap toilet paper. View from room was just other balconies so akin to being in fish bowl & no privacy. Pool more for the pool access rooms so did not use. Had to walk thru a restaurant to get to room

Decent but could be much better.

The location is great because its right on the beach road and everything is within walking distance. The apartment was a decent size - both bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient. As its away from the road, its nice and quiet despite being central.

The front desk staff were not friendly at all; the cleaning staff were much more helpful and friendly. Despite claiming a fully functional kitchen, there were insufficient plates and bowls and no cookware at all. Limited lighting in the living room - only the bright ceiling light was useable. No safety deposit box in the room - you could only use the one by reception. As there are plenty of options to stay in Kamala, will not be returning here.

The location was perfect. The room we had was very spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms, which was perfect as we had two children.

Great base for Kamala, centrally located. The pool area was shady first thing and in the late afternoon, perfect for us.

It’s in a great location, close to the beach and a great choice of bars and restaurants. Clean apartment with plenty of towels given.

The dishwashing facilities (sponge/liquid/cloth) weren’t the best so we bought our own.

Absolutely fabulous!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Large suite with almost everything you might require for a comfortable and homely stay. Very helpful staffs. Located just next to the Kamala Beach. Manyl amenities and superstores are on the walking distance. A lot of choices for food.

Hotel is old enough, air conditioner is working very noisy, no safe box in the room, no own restaurant, no real lobby - looks like 3* hotel maximum. In front of the hotel - road, on the other side of the road - many low level small cafes and/or “restaurants” and public beach behind them. Photos on your site are not reflect the real picture.

Good sized apartment

Spacious, daily cleaning and comfortable beds. Pool is good, gym is OK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location.

Daily cleaning was a very quick whizz round, very perfunctory, so after 2 weeks it felt dirty. Stained sofas too, and apartmemt smelt a bit musty. We bought air fresheners which helped. Otherwise it was perfect for 4 adults or a family - decent sized rooms.
