Great comfortable stay with two small children

The staff was great! Especially Pa & Mai at the kids world they were so friendly and nice our kids had a lot of fun! The staff everywhere were super nice. The pool was good also and our kids are picky eaters but they ate well.

The AC in our main bedroom was not working very well it was very hot when we slept. The fridge got all wet inside because on condensation as well but I mean it’s a tropic climate. One of the toilets was loose as well.

Good for value, Large rooms, but loud due to renovation, needs a lot of upgrade

Good value and large rooms. Stayed in the 3 bedroom which was good for our family of 5. Good working kitchen. Good help from Nimesha who was very kind and accommodating during our challenges over the stay Pool and slide was good for kids Location was decent, just in front of cafe del mar and short walk to beach. Good reasonable massage options from the spas outside.

Was not informed it was renovating, we have a baby and toddler that need naps in the day time so the drilling and hammering was very difficult. But they tried to lower the noise when we asked but still a challenge. This should have been shared during the booking stage or at least during the check in. The aircon was not working in one bedroom, they moved us to another apartment, but the living room one did not work there either Floors were quite dusty, had to ask cleaning staff to come and mop twice as my baby would be crawling in that floor. The restaurant staff were not very knowledgable of the menu. Some food came and looked nothing like the photos, and the staff were unable to explain it Breakfast options was rather average and quite the same, after 2 nights it got a bit repetitive The kids playroom was very dated and old, a lot of dust on the play area and slide. Looked like not cleaned or wiped often.

Wonderful Stay and Fantastic Service

ighlight and only about 10 steps away from our ground floor room. It was so very convenient to be on the ground floor with the stroller and our toddler was thrilled that she could touch the bottom of the pool. The breakfast has so many options and one rainy morning we spent a few hours at our table, relaxing, eating a bit more, and never felt rushed as we were waiting for the downpour to stop. There was a small market next door for small items, laundry close by, Tuk Tuk’s, massages, a great Thai restaurant (duh). I’d recommend this hotel to any families that want to stay in Kamala or any partygoers as the vicinity to Cafe Del Mar could not be better! The pool was gorgeous, along with the waterslide, and we hope to return! A lot of the negative comments regarding lack of variety, chipped tiles at the pool, etc. have been resolved. The kids club for children 4 and older was amazing as you can leave your kids there and they had plenty of activities for them to do if you wanted some alone time. Lastly, the people that ran the activities like aqua aerobics and bingo so were lovely, wish I remembered their names. We cannot wait to come back!

Only negative would be that you have to walk 5 minutes to the beach but we didn’t kind. There is a crosswalk so it wasn’t all that bad. We knew this before booking so it wasn’t a negative at all.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Welcome drinks as a pluss. The breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. The swimming pool was renovated, perfect for relaxing with bar at the pool. I also really enjoyed the activities, from fun games like bingo to the kids club, which kept the little ones entertained. The fitness center is 24 hours. We had also tried the oil massage with good experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday! Thank you specifically to Nimesha for a wonderful set up for my husband’s birthday. Your team at restaurant as a pluss, thanks to Bee, also Kids club staffs are so friendly to my daughter. It is a walking distance to Kamala Beach. Recommended that you download applications ‘Grab’ or ‘Bolt’ for transportation will be convenient to the hotel. Near by the hotel has also local food and nailsalon with ok price. :)

The room size & the service exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with the 500 baht credit each day which covered 1 meal for a family of 3. Spl mention of Nimesha, Pitt & Sajee who went an extra mile to provide us exceptional service.

Breakfast could have better range of hot items & live station. We would also have liked more activities to keep the kids engaged in the Kids club or even some organised outdoor games for kids

We loved it.

It was a good decision to stay in this hotel. Full value of money. Nice location, hardly 50 meters away from the beach side. Breakfast is good enough also the staff's awesome hospitality and a very nice swimming pool with a slide. Amazing for kids and for us adults too. Special mention to Nimisha who supported us throughout our stay and also Amy, the good lady from the spa. A wise suggestion is to go for the spa in the hotel itself as it's good value for money in terms of a 5 star hotel's quality. Overall a perfect stay and surely recommended.

Loved the Radisson! Perfect for our family holiday!

The room was spacious and comfortable, great for our family of five. The property was always clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, and made us feel welcome. They were great help in finding tours and info on activities and the staff who ran activities for the kids were amazing. The pool was absolutely fantastic: large enough for us to have lots of space even when other guests were using it. It was also really, really clean. Breakfast buffet was consistently good (special shout out to the omelette station chef Vinod!). At night, it was lovely sitting by the pool. The location was really convenient, we never had any trouble getting anywhere. Overall a wonderful stay, will definitely book here again when we return to Thailand!

We had a great stay here! Even though part of the pool was under repair, we could still enjoy the other half, and the maintenance will only make it better. Second vacation home.

It's my second time at the resort, the Staff are welcoming, service is fast and they care, great money value, perfect place for families, very safe, perfect location as easy access to the beach with its restaurants and cafe del mar, place includes all needed amenities and great touring service to Phuket with its entertainment and islands. The management cares about maintenance, swimming pool size and the view is wow.

Wonderful holidays

Really enjoyed our time here. Although part of the pool was being renovated, the remaining section was open and perfect for relaxing. Amazing peaceful stay with great service The hotel is quiet and perfect for couples. Siam Adventure Club helped us book a Phi Phi Island tour and Carnival Magic — both were seamless. Big thanks to Edward and Christian for the personal care! The suites are huge, clean, and very comfortable. We loved it! Great family resort for those that are budget conscious. Great value for money.

We loved the 1 and 2 bedroom options - we found very few hotels in the area that offered this. Great for families. The staff was incredibly accommodating and did everything they could to ensure our stay was happy and comfortable. The front desk staff and Jik in the restaurant were especially helpful. The breakfast buffet is a bonus. The pools and water slide were heaps of fun, as was the kids room. They also have a great gym that’s open 24/7 (the gym in our previous hotel opened late which made it too busy in the mornings).

Being a bit back from the beach, the location might not be for everyone. We were familiar with the area and found it easy to get around, and the walk down to the beach is easy. Some of the facilities need updating, but the hotel is good value for the price.
