Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket

Great facilities, beautiful big clean pool that's great for kids! The staff are great especially the pool and kids world staff. The two bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. 10min walk to the beach.

Some areas are a bit run down but it didn't effect our stay. Go to breakfast early when the food is the freshest, as it doesn't get replaced throughout the morning. The location is a bit isolated so we had to grab/bolt everywhere which became a bit inconvenient.

The Suite: Exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The separate living area provided a lot of extra comfort compared to a standard hotel room. Room Comforts: The bed was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (a definite must in October!). Facilities: The central pool area is fantastic, featuring plenty of sunbeds and a great atmosphere to relax. Location: Kamala is an ideal spot. It is peaceful and quiet, yet still only a short walk to Kamala Beach, local shops, and great nearby restaurants. Service: The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to check-out. Breakfast: A wide, fresh variety of both Western and Thai options to start the day right.

While the walk to the beach is short, you do have to cross a busy road to get there.

The Raddison had great amenities and was good value for the price

Great pool and dining experience

Spacious rooms

They lost our booking on arrival, Rooms were old and not well maintained, frequent issues with smells from drains, power outages, broken facilities in the room, damp smells on couches and pillows. Always a shortage of towels both for the shower and the pool. The ones that were there were often stained and ripped.
