Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket

The suites are very spacious & friendly event staff! The water slide was also fun but so fast!! 😂

We had to get maintenance team in to fix the aircon as it was leaking, and also fix the toilet as it wouldn’t flush when we arrived. Would be good to have a 7/11 close to the hotel but no dramas!

So many positives to our stay at the Radisson Kamala Beach. Firstly, the staff are outstanding. From the porters, reception and bar staff, to the lovely crew in the kids club, Everyone is so lovely and works so hard. We loved our two bedroom suite which was immaculately cleaned every day. We enjoyed the location too. 5 minute stroll to the beach and tuk tuk stand. The spin into Kamala centre takes just 5 minutes. You are walking distance to beach side restaurants, night market and the carnival. There is a mini mart at the entrance as well as a couple of great restaurants and massage parlours. Kamala beach is a great family location. The pool is beautiful, lots of loungers available. Our kids adored the foam party! Good breakfast buffet. Live music in the evenings. We couldn't fault our stay and would love to return. Great value for money. We extended our stay by 4 nights, we liked it that much!

No complaints here just a couple of suggestions. It would be great to have a movie night/kids disco one night per week. Cappuccinos and other specialist coffees should be included in the breakfast.

Customer service was excellent - special thank you to Singh on front desk, who was always on hand and a great help. Great stay for families! Hotel management were accommodating and dealt quickly with support needed.

Spacious rooms

They lost our booking on arrival, Rooms were old and not well maintained, frequent issues with smells from drains, power outages, broken facilities in the room, damp smells on couches and pillows. Always a shortage of towels both for the shower and the pool. The ones that were there were often stained and ripped.
