Family friendly island accommodation, but not ideal for a romantic getaway!

Comfortable villa accommodation situated around a shared pool. Lovely staff.

Some outdoor furniture needed repair/replacing. Outdoor shower a nice idea, but not very practical. Beach area very small and needs to be cleaned. Lots of litter, sadly.

Perfect family stay close to everything on Koh Yao Noi

The location is superb, close to restaurants, cafés and beach. Pool is amazing, and perfect for older kids. Large bungalows very helpful staff.

We only tried breakfast couple of times as we booked without it. It was ok, but I recommend instead some of the local cafés nearby for breakfast.

Perfect place for a relaxing stay on Ko Yao Noi.

Lagunas Villas has the perfect location for a relaxing holiday right next to the beach (across the small street) and with a great pool. The villa was spacious and well equipped with modern and efficient AC. The best part about the place is the team! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Also, they run the best restaurant in the area with excellent Thai food and the best Curry we ate during our trip. The breakfast was also great, individually made from a selection of Thai and international foods.

The location was perfect, beach was 20 metres away and the pool was huge. Short walk to cafe's and restaurant's. Very peaceful area. The villa was big, clean and amazing.

The breakfast was very average. Not much choice and we didnt like you had to pre order your breakfast every morning, for the next day.

The villa was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The pool was beautiful and a good size for a swim. The on-site restaurant was excellent and very reasonable. The location was perfect - close to a few local restaurants and a couple of small stores. All the staff were very helpful, friendly, always smiling and made us feel part of a big family.

Hidden Gem

We loved the lush garden feel, lovely pool and proximity to the beach. Breakfast was huge and delicious, something for everyone. The place feels like home away from home, the staff are so accommodating, and the villa perfect for a family of 4. The ease of stepping from your comfy villa to the beach and pool makes this place exceptional.

A gem

We loved everything about this place, the rooms were amazing, comfy bed, clean pool, staff were lovely and food was amazing, so good we ate there every night we only had four nights but you couldn't beat the food and happy hour 👌don't get caught out next door where cocktail prices are double the price for one. The staff were so helpful and friendly I had never ridden a Mopehead and I hired one of them after them helping me to test ride it up and down the road first. This island is what the real Thailand would have been like years ago, we skipped Phuket and came straight here definitely what we wanted, quiet relaxing and friendly. if we ever go back that way we would definitely stay here again for a few quiet nights. Thank you to all of you, wonderful staff 🙏

The only thing was in the pool at the bottom of the seated area is quite dangerous it needs finishing off properly my partner cut his leg quite bad on it not realising the bottom wasn't finished and pushing off from it with his feet. We forgot to mention it to you when we were there but it's was the only fault.

One of a kind!

We had a wonderful week together with our baby Loïs. The staff is absolutely amazing—such kind and caring people. They do everything they can to make you feel welcome from the very first moment. The villa is spacious and clean, with a large, well-kept bathroom and a lovely outdoor shower! Breakfast is varied and more than generous—you won’t be able to finish it all! And last but not least, the view from the beach (just 20 meters from your villa) is simply magical. Highly recommended for everyone!

Excellent location just steps from a beautiful beach Lovely big villa, perfectly sized for family with 2 teenagers. Lots of details covered; free waters daily, pool/beach towels, bug spray etc Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was good standard- pre-booking the day before Staff organised bicycles hire for us, as well as ferry to Koh Lanta including transfer to pier Really chilled vibe and excellent for unwinding

A definite recommendation — especially for families.

We stayed at Laguna Villas Boutique Hotel (Villa 1) for 14 days as part of our world trip, together with our two daughters (ages 9 and 11). We truly loved our time on the beautiful island of Ko Yao Noi and at this wonderful hotel. Nancy and her team are incredibly friendly, caring, and dedicated — they go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Here are a few things we can highly recommend: * Rent motorbikes directly at the hotel (helmets included) and explore the island — it's safe and fun. * Take a private boat trip to the nearby islands for swimming and relaxing. * Join Nancy's Thai cooking class — we even got to enjoy the food from it for two meals! * Try the whole Red Snapper or Grouper with Phanaeng curry — absolutely delicious. * Just relax between the pool and the beach and let time slow down. * Enjoy a nearly daily massage — either right on the beach or in a cool, air-conditioned room. This place is truly made for unwinding and recharging. And by the way — the breakfast is amazing! A huge variety of tasty options and always fresh fruit. The team also goes above and beyond in many little ways. For example: * When the Wi-Fi router in our villa stopped working, they replaced it the same day — with one that was 20x faster! * One of the bathroom taps had a missing valve and splashed a bit at first — they replaced both taps with brand-new ones while we were still at breakfast! In summary: A definite recommendation — especially for families. We felt cared for, relaxed, and just happy here.

Amazing location with a great pool and spacious villa

Really spacious villa. Great outdoor shower. Brilliant swimming pool. Very comfortable bed. Lovely beach 10 yards from the pool. Really nice location on island. The onsite restaurant has amazing food for dinner. Masaman curry the best meal of our whole trip. The dinner on the beach was very nice with friendly staff. Plenty of other places to eat and have a drink within walking distance. Nice cafes two minute walk away. Pick up service provided from the pier for a small reasonable fee with taxi (7 min drive). Nice choice for breakfast.

Very little. The breakfast is very large so on second day so as not to waste to much food we shared one between two as there are side platters of fruit and oat yoghurt bowl also. Reception area could be improved

Laguna Villas has all you need for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

A pleasantly laid out resort with great gardens and a wonderful clean and well maintained swimming pool. Staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much for them to do for us during our week long holiday. The trips and transport organised by office staff all went smoothly, with everything running on time. The villas, which are very spacious are kept in spotless condition and the resort is within walking distance of a good choice of restaurants.

Beautiful and relaxing stay with breathtaking scenery

Very helpful staff. They organized the transport from and to the Phuket airport perfectly. And when our plane coming in had a delay they switched from public to private boat to get us on the island still the same evening! They rent out scooter, SUP and organize a private tour to the little islands.. magnificent. Plenty of nice restaurants in 1-2 minutes walking distance ( excellent is Rice Paddy) with super cocktails . Even the weather was perfect despite rainy season.. ok.. that’s not their merit. Very nice pool (for low tide swims)

Top place in Koh Yao Noi

One of the best hotels we have done in Thaïland! Nancy is super nice and will help you to organise all the activities you want. The villa are spacious, really clean and all located closely to the pool while remaining intimate at the same time. The breakfast is also a big plus. Plenty of choice and super good. We didn't try the restaurant next door but it was looking lovely. We however had a drink at the bar. Cocktails are really nice and the bartender is super friendly ! We will definitively recommand this place, as well as Koh Yao Noi 🙂

Beautiful property in perfect location with spacious villas. We loved our stay at Laguna. The grounds were well keep with lush greenery and beautiful large pool directly accessible form Every villa. The location is perfect - left and right you can find cute restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Special thanks to Nancy. You made our stay so special and Managed our amazing day trip and when my wife had a tummy bug you directly gave her a remedy to make her feel better. Highly recommending this beautiful property.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had! This place is so special, not only because of the amazing thoughtfully equipped bungalows (free water every day, AC, individual WiFi for every bungalow, a lot of space, separate living and kitchen space, separate bedroom, outside shower!, big spacious pool), the closeness to the beach (just across the street), sea view every morning at breakfast, great breakfast in general! it is like having the perks of an apartment and hotel combined in one beautiful place. Nancy is the most special hotel manager!! there is nothing she won’t be able to manage or organise for you. She is very invested in making your stay as pleasant as possible, making the athmosphere very familiar and comfortable from day one. The hotel is very easy to reach from the pier by a taxi for 100 baht. we will definitely come back!! thank you!!

Loved everything about this place! The villa was huge and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would need, great air con and a fabulous outdoor shower. It was very close to the beach, you just need to cross the road. The host Nancy was amazing and arranged our arrival, a sunset trip and the departure transfer.

The bedroom needs a mirror above the desk and an extra light to sit down and do your make up (the bathroom is too hot for this). The breakfast was ok but coffee needs improvement, latte was basically milk, hardly any coffee in it. These are only minor things.

I stayed 3 days in this hotel. Everything was perfect. Nancy and the staff were on top. If you have any demands or problems, Nancy is always available. The villa is clean and all the necessary furnitures are provided. You can enjoy the swimming pool or go the beach directly. Breakfast based on your preferences was a nice touch. The best place and greatest staff in Koh Yao Noi :)

Everything was perfect. Nancy, the manager, is the greatest person you will meet in Thailand. She has been very friendly, extremely helpful, very responsive, and made our trip unforgettable. She arranged beautiful trips to the surrounding islands and within Koh Yao Noi as well. We also had the best Christmas diner on the beach, organized by Nancy and her lovely staff. In addition, the villa is big and sound proof, we had very restful nights. I highly recommend to stay in Laguna Villas for a few days.
