    Loved Kudu, stayed eight nights in a wonderful Pool Villa. William, Jen and the team are all marvellous, the breakfast is hugely varied, the lunch and dinner options delicious and the pool is so lovely to lay around. The view of Phang Nga Bay is delightful and the hornbills nesting in the tree above are a delight for all the guests! Lots of optional things to do included in the cost such as an island hopping boat trip, a bus tour around the island, Yoga, ice baths, batik painting and more. Can’t recommend enough! If I had a complaint is that a supposed eco-resort is providing water in glass bottles from bloody TUSCANY. Really made my blood boil. I applaud the reusable complimentary glass bottles you are given in the room each day - why not just serve them? I mean ITALY, can one not get bottled Thai water and support their own economy? Come on Cape Group, this is a ridiculous state of affairs and easily addressed.

    One of the finest welcomes we have ever had in 60 years of holidaying. All the staff were so friendly especially Jenny from reception who went above and beyond to make us so welcome. Definite yes to this hotel and staff

    Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, however there are some downsides to the hotel itself - it’s very compact and as it was quite full we found it busy, at breakfast and around the pool area especially. There is a road between the hotel and beach access which we hadn’t realised, and can also be quite busy when crossing. Our pool villa was small for the price, had no view, was right next to the bar/kitchen so noisy, and felt hemmed in. There is no safety around the actual room’s pool or outside sitting area - it’s a sheer drop. On the plus side, it’s quite chic decor wise. Our highlight was the movie on the beach which was fun. Would we stay again? No - there are better value options on this beautiful island.
