Breakfast (and the food in general) is great. The main pool is beautiful and finding sunbeds wasn't an issue even though the hotel was clearly busy. The best thing is the staff and the efforts they make to ensure you enjoy your stay. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and the four island day trip on Kantu's Bride which the hotel organised for us was a real highlight!

Everything! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Gorgeous rooms, beautiful pool area and lots of little touches including complimentary bikes and kayaks. Customer service was particularly exceptional. Every staff member was so helpful but special thank you to Matthias.
Cannot think of anything.

Absolutely stunning location. The staff were so helpful and professional. We felt we were being looked after so well. Nesting hornbills above the pool was such an incredible sight and very special

Staff were amazing and really went out of there way to make your stay special. Food was great, we ended up eating in the hotel for dinner 3 nights which is not usual for us. Bed was comfortable and room was really spacious. Close to everything great location, you could rent scooters right next door. We spent NYE there and joined the celebration, food buffet 10/10. I even won a massage as the spa which was stunning - I had Nan who was great! Overall amazing experience and would recommend to everyone!

Peaceful location for a beach getaway. Rooms were spacious, and we also enjoyed the variety of activities on offer especially the kayaking excursion and islands trip. Spa treatments were also lovely!
We had several issues during our stay. During our first breakfast, the restaurant had incorrectly labelled the allergens for one of the dishes that caused me to have an allergic reaction. Whilst mistakes happen, the hotel was very slow to make the proper changes (for example, the incorrect label was there at breakfast the following day) and also failed to provide an allergy free breakfast for one of our excursions later during our stay, despite the first incident and full awareness of my allergies.
The staff (Sa and Jenny in particular) were very apologetic and did their best to make amends during our stay which we appreciated. Unfortunately we didn't receive anything close to a 5* experience and wouldn't choose to stay at any Cape & Kantary Hotels again. This was also the only hotel that I experienced any issues with allergies over three months of travelling through Asia.

Beautiful property. And aesthetic of room is beautiful also. Staff was so wonderful they even played treasure hunt with our son.
Price. I think for the price and location in cape kadu it should have been little less in price. We stayed one night and I felt it was too much rush as amount of time it takes to reach from Phuket and going back isn’t worth staying one night

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival at the hotel, the pool area was very nice, the staff were friendly, the gym was good, and the breakfast was excellent.
Unfortunately, it rained throughout our stay, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. The spa was quite expensive compared to similar places, but otherwise we are very satisfied.

Beautiful location, great breakfast with many choices, spacious room.
There seemed to be no system for service…we were constantly asked whether we wanted to order when we already had…that was discomforting because we didn’t know whether our order had been missed or misunderstood or whether we were going to get a duplicate order.

Cape Kudu Hotel is without a doubt my favourite place I’ve ever stayed. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and resorts but this exceeds it all. Every single one of the staff were incredibly accommodating and so good at what they do. Room was stunning. Food was great and they offer so many free activities throughout the week like yoga, cocktail hour and island tours. If you are looking for boutique hotel vibes and a unique experience I would totally recommend.

We had a private pool villa which was amazing
The staff were so polite and helpful
The hotel and rooms were very French and beautiful
The views were amazing
Situated in the best part of the island
We had the hotel transfers each way. While it cost a little bit more, the convenience and safety was worth it.

I loved everything, the hotel had activities for us to do for free, like cycling, kayaking, tour of the island.
I loved everything.

Everything.
The decoration, the food, the staff friendliness, room, bed, amenities, view, etc. It a beautiful place with great people.
The yoga class was wonderful with Marina and the spa experience very relaxing.
A little personal suggestion might be to enhance the gym and make it like a jungle one or somewhere in the nature and keep the theme of the hotel.

Came as two couples. The place is a little paradise. Only 50 rooms in the hotel. The place is clean, beautiful and well arranged, with a. Great play room, two swimming pools and amazing view.
But the best thing about Cape Kudo is the staff! They were there for any thing, any request , always there to help.
Strongly recommend !

Absolutely amazing. Big shout out to Jenny in particular for making us feel very welcome. Really amazing staff overall. Loved the pool and the views. Really friendly and welcoming place. Excellent hotel bicycles that you can take and ride around the island. Nice location next to a scooter renting place and plentry of little restaurants. Really queit and calm feel to everything in and around the hotel.
It was just beatufiul. The only thing they can improve is coffee at breakfast times. Adding a few coffee machines would really speed up this bit of the breakfast. I like a good three coffees in the morning but had to wait a while for my order to go through. But it's such a small detail. Everything else was amazing.

We loved everything. The location, the views, the room, the facilities, food and staff. Just divine. The staff went above and beyond for us especially when our bags didn't arrive from Koh Samui.
Nothing not to like. A phenomenal place and experience

Lovely boutique hotel in idllyic location.
Not much to do in the area so good for a veg-ing holiday for a few days. Something different to Phuket.
Food and staff were excellent.
A few nice bars/restaurants on the strip closeby, but very quiet out of peak season so not always open.
Lots of biting insects. This is an issue with Koh Yao Noi. They need to fog or get repellants.
Never enough beds by the pool if the hotel is full. Becomes a bum fight and they dont police the bed hogging as they should.
Tables with a sunset view are always booked up.

Lovely resort in a quiet area with stunning views. I love the coastal style of the resort, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service was great. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect.

The location was amazing, so quiet but with other small beach bars and restaurants very near by. The design of the interiors were gorgeous and attention to detail spot on. Staff were all amazing and food and activities were brilliant. Thank you we will all be back as soon as we can and for a little longer next time
Nothing really. The only one thing it could possibly have done with more sun loungers by the pool as at some busier points of the day there didn't seem enough. However there is only a certain amount of room around the pool for loungers and most of that room was used

Breakfast was delicious, with champagne included!
There were kids in the adult pool and the poor womsn that was making the eggs at breakfast mightve needed some help, not that she complained but it was very busy as people were lined up and she did a super quick job. Just found she might need another set of hands to help her!

Def the best option on the Island. Would love to go back.

Hotel aesthetic was fantastic, infinity pool overlooking the ocean with amazing views of the nearby islands. Sea view room was incredible to wake up to each morning with the sunrise. Food in the restaurant was great, breakfast offers were really good. Staff were all super friendly and so helpful whenever we needed anything. The arranged pickup boat tour and connection to Phuket were very well organised and very comfortable. The room was kept very clean, turndown service was always welcomed. Spa was very pretty and staff very pleasant. Adults only pool was appreciated given some noisy kids when we stayed. Cocktails were nice. Hotel management also put on a buffet dinner with cocktails and wine free of charge! Cafe next door (owned by the hotel) was also very nice, great food and cakes too.
Food in the restaurant was a little pricey, though was always very tasty!

Cape Kudu Hotel ticked all the boxes, location, friendliness, food, facilities, excursions, cleanliness. The staff work very hard and do their best to accommodate all your requirements. We were looked after from the minute we landed in Phuket until we were taken back to the airport for our onward flights. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing break, the island is small and quaint however there are things to do if you want to explore rather than lie by the pool or swim in the sea. We had a fabulous week and really enjoyed the yoga sessions, the batik painting, the Thai cookery class and the 3 island boat trip. The hotel has amazing views to watch the sunrise over the sea and the food in the restaurant and cafe is excellent quality.

Wow! What an amazing hotel. From the warm welcome and arrival tour, to the stunning room with bed looking out into the balcony, lovely shower and bathroom, amazing sea view pool, huge variety delicious breakfast, bar and snacks, I could go on, it was an amazing experience. The staff could not have been more accommodating, helped us a lot when we had a panic almost losing my passport. Got us taxi sorted to get back to the pier and even gave us early check in for free. I wish we had been able to stay longer as it was absolutely perfect.
There was truly nothing they could’ve done better!

Beautiful pool with gorgeous views. Excellent breakfast. Generally very good food - including at its cafe next door. You can hire a motorbikes right next door which is exceptionally convenient for getting around the gorgeous island.
