I wish we’d have stayed longer

From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone — genuinely friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead without ever feeling overbearing. Whether it was a warm greeting, a quick check-in, or help with the little details that make travel smoother, they made us feel like we were being taken care of in the best possible way. No waking up early to “claim” a spot. No towels draped over chairs like a competitive sport. You can actually show up when you want, grab a great seat, and enjoy the view — whether you’re by the pool or looking out toward the beach.

Everything. kris and the staff are so helpful and on hand at all times. Our room was spacious, clean. The pool was great. Views from the restaurant were wonderful. Beds are very comfortable. Location is so peaceful. Thank you Kris for a wonderful 5 night stay before continuing on our 6 week island hopping tour of Thailand If we are ever in koh lak again this will be our preference

Very friendly staff. Small hotel with only 10 rooms, was very personal, the manager took time to converse with you. Not just like another tourist. Food was excellent, far better than the nearby restaurants but without being too expensive.

There was nothing that we didn't like! The only minor criticism would be, in the three person room there was only a glass screen for the toilet and shower, it would have been nice if the bathroom was better separated, but from the room design this would be difficult.

Exceptional service in a great location

Exceptional in every way. Kris and his team offer 1st class personal service, nothing is too much trouble. Included with no extra charge were mini bar in arrival, cocktails and nibbles each afternoon and hot drinks all day. The property is literally on the soft sand beach, and has lots of restaurants and bars within very short walking distance. Really no need to go into Khao Lak centre unless you need more shops I guess. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook

The room we stayed in had no door between the bedroom and bathroom/toilet so offered no privacy. This wasn’t ideal.

Lovely experience and time.

We had fantastic two weeks at Anda Mani, managing to work and relax simultaneously. We reserved the beachfront villa, which proved to be an excellent choice. The bed was incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable, featuring fantastic pillows. The location is stunning, and Chris and his team are just as wonderful. They made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. Breakfast is delicious, featuring fresh fruits, vegan options, and a variety of choices. The best part? It's available until 2 pm, which is perfect for those who prefer a more leisurely pace. This also helps to distribute guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy a private, quiet space since the crowd is spread out. In the afternoon, we were treated to a cold drink and a small snack, which was a delightful touch. The beach in front of the property is pristine and never overcrowded, so we had a pleasant time swimming and sunbathing. Just around the corner, there is a small street with supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities for those seeking a change of scenery. However, the food at Anda Mani was so appetizing that we often opted to stay on-site for lunch and dinner, especially since the team was attentive to our vegan preferences. What makes this place truly special is its intimate scale, with only nine apartments. This ensures plenty of privacy and comfort, and no waiting times when requesting services or assistance. Additionally, we were pleased to find a Netflix account available for our use during our stay, allowing us to unwind with our favorite shows. Overall, we highly recommend Anda Mani and it's the first time that we have the feeling to come back to the same place again at some point because we enjoyed it so much.

It was great that one could have breakfast until 2 p.m, the food was always freshly prepared . The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, tried to fulfill all your wishes. The service was outstanding. I would recommend this place in any case. We'll come back!

The resort is not close to the center of Khao Lak, (6 km). It is close to the center of Lam Kaem Beach, there are only a few restaurants and shops. If you want to relax it's perfect, if you want to have entertainment you might miss something. For us, it was perfect.

המקום הכי קרוב לגן עדן שתמצאו על הכדור. מה שעושה את ההבדל הוא היחס. מהרגע שהמונית עוברת את שער הכניסה אתם נכנסים למקום הכי רגוע, שקט ואינטימי שיש. כריס יקבל את פניכם ויוביל אתכם ללובי / חדר אוכל. זה לא מלון או ריזורט רגיל. בסה"כ 10 חדרים. אין צפיפות, אין הרגשה של עוד פרצוף חסר שם. אתם תרגישו כאילו אתם מבקרים אצל משפחה. היינו בחדר מס' 1 בקו הראשון לים. קמנו כל בוקר מול הים והלכנו לישון כל לילה עם רחש הגלים שנשמע עד החדר. ואם חלמתם לקום בבוקר ולרוץ יחפים על החוף או לשכב כל היום מול הים מתחת לעץ קוקוס או לשתות קוקטייל ולצפות בשקיעה הרומנטית, הגעתם למקום הנכון. ורק תיאום ציפיות קטן - ארוחת הבוקר כאן היא בחירה של מנה מתפריט. אין בופה כמו במלון רגיל אבל הממנות מצויינות, מספקות והאוכל הוא בכלל לא המטרה כאן. זה מקום לחוויות.

Super mooi, gastvrij rustig relax resort met privestrand, heerlijk eten, en prachtige kamers!

Wij hadden een geweldige ervaring. Kris en zijn team zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk en geven je het gevoel alsof je thuis was. Het eten was heerlijk. Het is een klein resort met slechts 10 kamers wat een pluspunt was omdat je zo een extra exclusief gevoel krijgt en iedereen kent die aanwezig is en het personeel kent iedereen. De bedden liggen heerlijk en de kamer is super schoon en heel mooi! Ik zou deze accomodatie zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanbevelen.

De service en gastvrijheid van het personeel. Sunny was ontzettend lief en behulpzaam en, oh ja…een hele goede kok.

Niet beviel is een ‘te groot woord’. Erg leuk is het kleinschalige karakter maar de omgeving met restaurants, massagesalons, etc vonden wij iets minder.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub im Anda Mani und haben gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Chris, war unser bester Hotelmanager, den wir je gesehen haben. Es war ein Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
