Dower House Hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, our room, and every little detail were absolutely lovely. The hosts were very hospitable, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches -including the fridge in the hallway stocked with little jugs of milk for tea and coffee, and even a little doggy sausage for our dog at breakfast. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it!

Neil & Rosemarie were charming & very helpful hosts. Breakfast was perfect for us and always served with a smile. The bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well which I don’t always when away from home. Tasteful decor and furnishings.

Rosemary and Neil were the most lovely hosts and incredibly helpful Was in the Anning Suite - wow ! Gorgeous room and own access to garden and chairs and table All the facilities you could want in the suite fabulous sitting room too Couldn't fault it - wish I had stayed longer !

Only that I didn't stay longer Would have been nice to have had an evening meal provision

Welcoming, and the owners we’re enthusiastic to show us there beautiful Great Dane dogs. Room was nice.

No fridge in room or air conditioning , it was very hot in the room. We couldn’t get an evening meal , but they fixed us a very plain round of cheese sandwich ‘s and a round of salmon sandwiches no trimmings or salad on the side, the worst part was they charged us £15.00 each in total £30.00, just for sandwiches. A lovely pool with a few sun loungers , it would have been lovely on this very hot day but there were no umbrellas so impossible to sit out there. It was very expensive for one night at £312.00 before any food or drink.
