Fiona and jon were great hosts, made us feel welcome even before we arrived getting our room prepared early so we could check in. Breakfast was superb, never had scrambled egg as good before. Beautiful setting looking out over the hills and sea.

Very friendly owners, made us feel very welcome.
An uphill walk from town (but is is expected in Lyme Regis) then three flights of stairs the the top floor bedroom (but the view was worth it!!) None of which detracted from our enjoyment of the stay however!!

We were only there for a brief night, because of my wife’s accident. We were grateful for the support of the host and hostess and the room was excellent, but there was little time to judge anything else
Access from the car park to the entrance door, for people with mobility restrictions, is not easy. And even accessing from the road, there are a lot of steps. And parking on the road to gain access that way can only be temporary.
