Skerries B and B

Chris was a perfect host, made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Would recommend.

It was a big room, in a lovely house, with a good view of the sea.

There was nothing to dislike

Spacious room with a couch. Friendly host. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely deck with table & chairs- too wet to use unfortunately. Tea & coffee making in the room, with a small fridge. A quiet location away from the tourist hustle & bustle. You can pick up the bus at the Carpark down the hill to head into Axminster. Entrance to the coastal path is very close by.

The sign at the entrance is small & becoming overgrown, if google maps say you have arrived, that is correct. The road to walk into Lyme Regis is steep (it was fine for us) Be aware it is a double bed, not a Queen. Perhaps an option of foam pillows would be great! The curtains are not blockout. A sheet on the bed is helpful (We just took the doona out of the cover & used that). This is all comments to help. We would stay again. You can hear the people moving around in the room above.
