The tastefully decorated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts a welcoming beach house feel, allowing for a mix of indoor and outdoor living. One bedroom and bathroom are in an adjoining sleepout as seen in the photos. A perfect spot for teenagers or those needing extra privacy.
All furnishings are beautifully appointed to match the unique style of this property.
This property offers many perks for a comfortable stay, such as broadband, alfresco dining, open fireplace and large rear decking.
For the young and young at heart there is a large separate games room with pool table, table tennis table and soccer table..
Put the car away and walk to shops and restaurants. Or stay at home with plenty of entertainment options for young and old alike.

- There is a strict NO PARTY and no schoolies policy. Perfect for families or for groups aged 25 years+.

We all enjoyed our stay. Kilani is an older house but very comfortable & spacious. The photos need updating as they don't do this place justice. It is bigger than it appears.
We had three families stay with teenagers. The boys loved the pool table in the games shed. They also enjoyed staying in the 5th bedroom/large bungalow out the back. Short walk to shops and cafes. The kitchen was a bit small but well equiped with everything you would need to cater for larger groups. Hosts were easy to communicate with at all times. We will certainly stay again!

The property is great for all ages, we loved the games room. House and bungalow are spacious, clean and has everything you’ll need.

The pictures doesn't do this place justices. At first site the pictures makes me feel like the property on the old side. But once we got there and entered the house, the place was better than expected.Cleanliness, The property was really clean and nicely set up.Check-inIt's a self check in process, we arrived at the property and the owner gave us clear instructions to enter the house, so it was really easy and hassle free. Communication Fivi & Raymond was really responsive, they reply to all my questions within an hour/the next day. they were really accommodating and flexible, I requested to check-in early and they were able to accommodate that. Location/Neighbourhood. The property was really close to town, it was within walking distance. We really enjoy the gaming room, it had all sorts of equipment's for us to use. It rained majority of the time that we stayed hence we used the gaming room alot. The kitchen was full equip, had a lot of difference spices, flour and other stuff.Only thing was missing for me was a blender so I could blend cocktails. (but that was alright I brought my own.)Beach house for the 4 single bed was located at the back of the property separate from the main house. It had it's own bathroom. Only thing is the toilet has a window which doesn't have blinds which freak me out a little at night. But overall it's a nice and spacious room. Thanks Fivi and Raymond for having us. It was a great family getaway.
