Receptionist was friendly and helpful; location was excellent - in amongst the drab tower blocks in this part of town, there are a surprising amount of shops, supermarkets & restaurants. The villa is just a short bus ride directly to Zemun quay or Zemun centre. Coffee was limited to expresso but breakfast was plentiful.
The bathroom was spotlessly clean but the corners of the room needed more cleaning and one wall socket needed tightening. As the smell of smoke lingers in the corridors, use a door to block off the smokers in the downstairs bar / dining area from the reception area and the stairs.

The owners were the most friendly,people I’ve met on my week long stay so far in Serbia. The room is exactly what you need, perfect for solo travelers, especially females, needing a safe space to land. Can’t sing their praises high enough. When I return to Belgrade, I know where to go. :)
