perfect stay

An excellent location, 2 minutes from the railway station but away from traffic's noise; and a five-minute walk to the centre. Courteous staff, smooth check-in, nice and clean room with enough space to move around, well furbished and equipped. The hotel, in an older building, has recently been refurbished and the rooms are impeccable.

Perfect hotel for my one-night stopover.

The staff were lovely, very welcoming, kind and helpful. My room was just enough and had a kettle with tea and coffee. Always a plus. The location was perfect for coming by train and the city centre was an easy walk away and there was an excellent restaurant less than a minute from the hotel door. The hotel staff had recommended it to me and I was very pleased that they did.

A minor issue was that the air conditioner/ heater was not on and it was a very cold night when I was there. It could have been a little warmer in my room. I did not really notice this until nearly bedtime so it was not really a major issue. I'm sure I could have contacted reception and they would have sorted it for me.

The location is very convenient close to the station and close to all highlights of the city. The place is just renovated and the staff is very nice.

Perfect location - close to station but on a quiet street. Steps from old center. The staff so nice, helpful and friendly. Rooms were renovated, clean and well equipped. We got a birthday chocolate gift.

It was a wonderful time

Very helpful and friendly service. They told us about the area and suggested where to eat and what to see. Close to the central station and city centre. We were able to leave our baggage after check out. Comfortable bed

Great location and professional and friendly staff

Great location, easy walk from the station and major tourist sites and shopping. Also close to the cities tram lines. The room size is generous and the facilities excellent. I was especially happy about the air conditioning in the room.

The staff was the best. Made you feel welcome and always ready to help. Loved my room and the view from the 4th floor. Bright and very clean room.

If you like a big buffet breakfast then maybe this is not the best for that.

The hotel is located in a quiet area not too far from the main rail station and the main historic sights of "Old Strasbourg". It provided excellent value for money. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff extremely helpful

The perfect place for a visit to Strasbourg by train, aexceptionally well run and comfortable hotel.

We really found this a very pleasant hotel where a guiding hand had thought hard about what tired travellers want and made sure that it is provided. The shower for our room was as good as I've ever encountered. The electrical fittings - switches, charging sockets - bedside lights - were exactly in line with what I like. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and well informed. Extremely good breakfast. I dn't usually rave about hotels but I might even go to Strasbourg again to experience the "Hotel Adorable"

Excellent place to stay!

The Hotel Augustin is great! I loved everything: location 300 m from the main train station on vety quet street. 10 min walk to the Petit France and other main attractions in town. I was provided with the best available corner room with three windows immediatedly upon arrival, which was 2 hours before official checking in time. Room was clean, bed wide and comfortable, even with a choice of blankets (lighter blanket was available), bedding and towels 100% cotton, new and white. I will definitely come back here and would recommend to my friends and colleagues to use this newly renovated hotel.

The hotel hosts are all very nice and very accommodating.The room is very cleaned. They also provide daily cleaning. The location is perfect as it is near the Strasbourg Station. The hotel is also a short walk to the city center and main attractions. Breakfast is really really good! Overall it’s perfect! Highly recommended!

Position is ok for business travelers. Staff can speak English and is professional. Room is basic but is clean and functional

Useless window blinds, cannot shield any light. Neighborhood is very noisy and noise insulation is poor. So you can’t sleep in the night owing to the noise and in the day because of the light

The location very close to the Central Station of Strasbourg is perfect, yet it is not on the central street. Several restaurants in close proximity. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel has very recently had a facelift, so it is all fresh.

The hotel knows that the curtains are slightly too short (when you lie down, they don’t protect you from the street lights); that was a mistake at the delivery, they told me as they longer curtains went to China. The maid seems not to be aware of the fact that she does not have to change the towels unless they are on the floor. The piano is out of tune.

Très bon accueil par le personnel. Accueil ouvert 24/24h. Les chambres sont toutes neuves, simples, propres, fonctionnelles, avec suffisamment d'espace. Des bouteilles d'eau filtrée par l'hôtel sont à disposition dans les chambres et il est possible de demander de les remplir en illimité. Rue calme, malgré la proximité avec la gare.

Point négatif sur l'isolation phonique entre les chambres, heureusement mon voisin était calme.

Muy buena ubicación

La ubicación, a 7 min andando del centro y al lado de la estación de tren. El personal muy amable, nos dió recomendaciones de sitios donde desayunar, comer, cenar... Las instalaciones tienen todo lo necesario. La habitación era pequeñita pero tenía tele, nevera (con agua gratis natural y con gas) el baño con secador... Estaba muy completito

Es difícil aparcar. Porque de 7-19h días laborables en muchas zonas no puedes aparcar y después de 9-19h hay parkimetro y es zona roja y cuesta muchísimo. Nosotros lo que hicimos era aparcarlo en P+R rotonde y coger el metro que es gratis. Eso lo hicimos dos días, el resto como llegamos a partir de las 19h buscamos aparcamiento y aunque fue difícil lo encontramos

Buen hotel!

El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones buenas, el cuarto cómodo y funcional. Cerca a la estación y a 10-15 min del centro caminando.

Todo bien, solo que el ascensor llega al piso 4 y nos tocó el piso 5 (con maletas grandes quizás un poco incómodo), pero te ayudan si deseas a subir las cosas por las escaleras.

Personnel très sympathique, la chambre était très propre et l’hôtel est très bien situé.

Le personnel était gentil et chaleureux et on nous a expliqué à l’arrivée par le biais d’une carte où on peut débuter la visite et où il y un marché de Noël un peu moins fréquenté. Notre chambre était très propre. L’hôtel est facilement joignable à pied depuis la gare centrale.
