very good value, central, comfortable stay

excellent, simple, no-frills city hotel. Exceptional location (steps from main train station and pedestian city-centre streets), and very, very clean. Friendly and competent reception staff too.

Heating was good too, but via wall-installed AC unit (i.e. blowing hot air, which might be difficult for people with dust sensitivities and allergies)

I knew when booking and I did not mind one bit, but the 5th floor room requires 1 flight of stairs (the elevator only goes to the 4th floor). Just something to note when booking.

Tolerable for 2 nights but would stay elsewhere if returning to Strasbourg

Great location, super central to city centre and train station.

Micro bathroom, attic room that my 6 foot husband kept hitting his head on the slanted roof and a terrible mouldy and musty smell emanated from the bathroom (which the staff to their credit, did attempt to resolve and offered to swap our room over). Despite the smell, the room was very clean. Super expensive for a 3-star hotel (peak season with Xmas markets on).

Convenient location with excellent value.

Convenient location near train station. Clean and comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Excellent value all around. Location is on a busy (pedestrian only) street, so there is some ambient noise, but I didn’t find it disruptive at all.

Good breakfast and location, awful room!

Breakfast was quite good, comparing to other France experiences. Location is very good, if make abstraction of strange people in the area of train station. They tried to copy Ibis style, but not in all areas.

Might have been the smallest room I have ever rent. It is also the only room without a window!!! That is unacceptable! It has a little one, to be 100% honest, but it had a "view" to the garbage area illuminator. So, no fresh air. Heating was done with an AC. Of course, smelling like dust. Cannot get any fresh air in the room, only if you want the one from the garbage area. I don't know if other room swere so strange, but ours was awful. The bath, without any ventilation had a shower half of a toilet in an airplane. I would not recommend this twin room to anyone, no matter the travel reason. It's not worth it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great! Minutes from the train station and center of town. Very clean and nice breakfast. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe.

Good very for money, exactly like on the booking descriptions/pictures

Overall, I liked this property, it's good value for money. The room was clean, including sheets and towels. It looked exactly like in the pictures showed on booking.com, nothing more, nothing less. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the train station and old center city, so it's very convenient for a city break. I will definitely consider it for a new trip to Strasbourg.

Great location and very near to Strasbourg Central Station. Clean and Comfortable beds. Most Strasbourg 's places of interest are within 10 - 15 minutes of walking of the hotel.

Shower space could be tight for a big size person. Otherwise, it is good.

Great location, good quality (service/facilities) for the price

The hotel is located in a very central location, with the "old city" reachable by foot. The personal was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great for the price.

Rooms were a little bit too small, and even when it was warm enough at the time of out visit, the air conditioning was still no activated. The parking is relatively near to the hotel, and although the discount make a big difference in the parking price, it is a still a little bit expensive.

The location of the hotel is close to the train station and city centre. Friendly and supportive staff in what was up to them.

The room is very basic and I had a problem with the temperature inside the room. The heating was only through an air conditioning device. Even though the temperature on display was 22 C (the maximum allowed by the hotel administration) the actual temperature in the room was more like 19-20 which for me was quite low (the outside temperature was 8-9 C during the night). I asked the front desk several times to do something, but they told me that the administration of the hotel set up a limit of 22 C which was not the real temperature in the room. The breakfast is also very basic and what I disliked most was the lack of any vegetables. The shower cabin is very small and leaking.
