Amazing place, great hostess

Hostess is very very nice, gives out maps of the area upon arrival with recommendations for hikes and tracks, very helpful. I got the flew during the stay and she was very accommodating, giving me medicine for cold and extra tea bags. Great basic breakfast, very cute and clean space overall. Location is great! Most beautiful spot in the area is just behind the hotel.

The shower is a bit small and the ventilation system in the bathroom wasn’t great but no complaints on that! Overall didn’t bother us much.

Great value for money, the view and the welcoming atmosphere is amazing.

Beautiful place, everything was clean and close to different trails . Very welcoming, felt like home. Spiridula insisted we take fruits from the trees every day, the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the room and the view, highly recommended!!! Thank you Spiridula it was a pleasure!

Lovely Hosts and a Pleasant Stay

The hotel hosts were absolutely lovely. Thomas welcomed us warmly, gave us a map, and explained everything about the area. Throughout our stay, the hosts was always available and happy to help, whether we needed plates, glasses, or anything else, they provided it with a smile. The hotel itself is very simple, with basic furniture, but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed in three family rooms (for four people each), and they suited us perfectly. Breakfast was generous, varied, and clearly prepared and served with a lot of love by Spiridoula and Thomas. The location is also quite good, just 10 minutes from Aristi and Konitsa, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops, and only a minute’s drive from the Voidomatis River and the Ice Age trail. We really enjoyed our stay!

nice property for local hikes

i quite liked this place, i used it as my home base for the Vikos Gorge and Dragon Lake hikes, the lady running the place is very nice and helpful, you are about a 10 min walk to the stone bridge, the property has a large courtyard for parking, my room was huge, it had 2 beds and there was still plenty of space

didn't have the best food options close by, but assuming you have a rental car, i recommend driving to Konitsa about 10-15 min drive), there are plenty of restaurants there, i liked Grill restaurant O PLATANOS

Nice Place with Motorcycle Friendly Parking

The owner of the hotel is a very kind lady. She offered some refreshings as soon as I arrived to the hotel. The room was big and very clean. I was travelling by motorcycle and safe parking is availabile in the garden of the hotel.

Great places to stay

Location is close enough to populated village, but far enough to be quiet and peacefull. The hostess, Spridoulla was super helpfull and nice and friendly. Cant recommend highly enough. Will certainly stay here when we revisit.

Felt like we were staying in the house of a friend

The owner , Spiridoula is delightful and gave us such a friendly welcome. The room was spacious and spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with fresh ingredients from Spiridoulas garden.

One of the best options to stay in Zagorochoria

Great location, very comfortable bed, spacious & clean room, but the highlight is Spiridoula herself. She made us feel welcome, offered to make us breakfast before we left (stayed only for a night) and she was very helpful and polite. Definitely a great pick of a hotel in the area, we really appreciated the hospitality and will be back again!

Since the hotel accommodates a lot of hikers, there is some noise happening from pretty early in the morning, but nothing too much.

Great hostess - helped us in everything we needed, gave us vegetables from the garden, map with hiking routes. Great location and very clean - exactly as in the pictures. The breakfast was very tasty.

We loved that place! The room was clean, quiet, and light, with a nice balcony and a beautiful view to the garden with the flowers. The owners are sooo hospitable and welcoming. They shared with us a lot of information regarding the activities and the surrounding villages and it was very nice chatting with them. Best hospitality in Zagorohoria.

Plenty of room to park, great location for local walks and the owner provided lots of useful information about the area. Delicious breakfast and excellent taverna called Alexia just up the road for an evening meal.

Vary clean, comfy and quiet small hotel. Spiridoula is amazing host who cares about her guests. The hotel location is very convenient - close to Voidomatis river, wonderful tavern and many places of interest in Zagori. The host can help with planning any activity in the region. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!
