Amazing and warm stay with cozy vibes and just what was needed for a calm vacation !

The host was great and very helpful and the room was perfect ! Very cozy and warm and our pets were very comfortable as well!

amazing Ameliko Zagori

Ameliko Zagori is a beautiful placeץ Every corner is well-kept, the rooms are charming in design and color, the breakfast is delicious and served with attention and care. And most of all, Dimitris, the owner, is an example of a host - a charming man, knows a lot, helps with everything. He gave us excellent and detailed recommendations for hiking routes in the area and on the way to Thessaloniki. A man who fulfilled his dream in a way that does good for everyone.

Great stay in Zagori

Everything was great!! The house location is ideal and comfortable, especially at the start of off season as you still have places to eat or buy groceries in a short and easy drive away. The place itself is definitely highly cultivated and is very pleasant. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were cold the first night so Dimitris brought us an additional radiator :) Dimitris’ hosting was beyond great, he helped us on a daily basis with our trip plans and had lots of great recommendations for the area. He was always available and caring. Would definitely come back again.

Nothing really worth mentioning. There’s hot water 24/7 . For us it wasn’t as extremely hot as we like, but that’s really specific personal preference.

Dimitris the owner was amazing. Very helpful, planned with us every day, suggested ideas. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, spacious rooms and great location. Breakfast was very tasty.

Amazing traditional hotel in the heart of Zagori

Beautiful hotel built like a traditional home. Amazing interior design and squeaky clean building. Very beautiful garden, I can imagine, when it is warmer, it is so nice to sit outside.

Great location in central Zagori. Definitely worth staying.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The included breakfast was good. Dimitri exceeded our expectations and made us feel welcomed and made our short stay very easy.

If we really wanted to be picky, maybe the shower pressure could have been stronger.

Excellent Stay - Wonderful Owner

We had a great stay at Ameliko! The room was clean, comfortable and cozy with the fireplace. The owner, Dimitris, was very welcoming, friendly, offering local tips and ensure we had everything we needed! The breakfast was delicious with traditional pies and homemade marmalades. Also the location is perfect if you want to explore the rest of Zagorochoria.

A lovely, perfect stay in the Zagori area.

Our room was huge and beautiful. One of the nicest of our 3 weeks in Greece. The room had lots of windows, a lovely view and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the courtyard area each evening for a glass of wine. They serve a hot, delicious breakfast. The owner greeted us warmly, was attentive and helpful during our stay. We had a tentative day planned, but he offered to create a route for us to maximize our time in the area. It was perfect.

Excellent and central location for a trip to the nature reserve and the nearby city. The hotel is of a high level of maintenance, clean, and well maintained. It was a pleasant surprise to find Netflix on the TV The staff is not only attentive but also active in making the trip more enjoyable. At least one evening eat a meal at the hotel restaurant - excellent location, great staff and delicious food.

Beautiful hotel and perfect accommodation. The hotel is located in excellent place to travel to Zaguria villages . Dimitris is very kind and helped us with good advices and planning the route

It was a lovely place to take refuge from unseasonably bad weather..

We arrived in bad weather, wet and bedraggled, and it was lovely to come to a warm, clean room with good amenities. Having the restaurant situated just beside it was a great comfort - especially since it was the only one open in town. The food was excellent and the breakfast was more than you could eat in a whole day. Our host, Nikos (?) - a lovely young man very fluent in English -- gave us some very good tips for how best to use our one day in the area, which transformed our potentially bad day into a very good one.

Quick check in\out, very clean, good breakfast. Dimitris kindly received us, recommend where to go and what to see, was constantly in touch with us throughout our stay. We had a great dinner in hotel's taverna. Big size room with comfortable bed, very quiet. Very good Wi-Fi. Parking place near the hotel entrance. Great location for exploring Zagori.

A beautiful and relaxing mountain hotel

Ameliko is a beautiful newly renovated hotel with all the amenities you need for a break in the mountains. the rooms were cozy, clean and nicely decorated. you could spend time in the garden and in the restaurant of the hotel and enjoy a meal, coffee or drink. Dimitris, the owner, is a great host always keen to assist you with anything you need.
