Location
Maybe state that there are no toiletries available nor hand towels. There is no safe in the room nor in the office. There is a fridge in the room, but no microwave on the property. Twice I went to the office. And the guy was outside somewhere, nowhere to be found. He finally showed up both times. The office Staff was not happy to be there. Very gloomy with no smiles, and when you asked questions, it was like I was bothering them. They did help me, but I could tell they did not want to deal with customers. Cleaning staff were excellent and cheerful.

Clean. Staff polite. Great location. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee kettle in room.
No lift to get cases upstairs. No help to take baggage upstairs.

Location and calmness
They charged a double amount even after I pay advance in booking.com (their b.com customer support is also not supportive)

Location was good as close to shopping and beach.
Very firm beds, and it backs on to a bar, so we had very loud music coming through the wall - thankfully not busy season - so ended at midnight.
It had a jug, but no tea or coffee etc
