    The hotel is in an excellent location, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was not as pleasant. In particular, the gentleman at the front desk did not seem very welcoming. Throughout our two-day stay, he never smiled or appeared friendly when interacting with us. As Asian guests, we couldn’t help but feel that we were treated differently, especially since we noticed him being much warmer and more cheerful with some white guests. We were also disappointed by the way he handled the breakfast token situation. His manner came across as unnecessarily rude, which left a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant stay.
