Shuttle service is not good. Timings are not clear, I was in standing bus for almost 40 minutes. Not recommended when you are with children and specially elderly people. On way back you cannot get this bus but there are other free busses that you can use, which will drop you on other side of road- so you have to cross two roads with heavy traffic. Bus drops you at bus stop and then almost 10 mints walk to reach to Haram- which is quite a big thing in summer. On way back I have to take taxi, once got the bus after struggling for 20 mints in extreme heat - which is not an option with kids and elderly people. Never come on bus stop 15 mints before and after prayer time. Bus start after 15 mints prayer and too many people waiting there, specially after Isha prayer minimum after 1 hour you can get the bus, off-course after suffering from extreme heat and suffocation. Bottom line- never take hotel with shuttle if you want to enjoy your prayers- specially in summer.
