Good stay overall, but poor staff response to a missing bag The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was very good. However, the room was much too small for three adults. My main issue was with the staff's responsibility. I accidentally left a bag in the parking lobby. When I returned two hours later, it was gone. I checked with reception, and it took them another two hours just to check, with no results. I am 100% sure it was left there. The staff showed very little responsibility or urgency in helping me find my missing item. Good for a basic stay, but customer service needs major improvement.
