Its very cheap but its at the top of the hill. When its hot its a huge challenge to get up. Otherwise the rooms are clean and good value for money. I have stayed there multiple times. They have decent availability . Food options aren't great. They could improve on their restaurants for the price that they give.

It’s my third time I am staying at this hotel and the experience has been good. I stayed in tower 3. Not much wait time for elevators. Clean rooms and nicely located in closer proximity to haram.

This is a nice hotel to stay in. Some positives;
1. Located in closer proximity to haram with around 10 minutes walk to haram.
2. Nice rooms and all the basic amenities
3. Friendly staff
4. Hotel has restaurants with good quality food at very reasonable pricing for buffet services. The prices are considerably cheaper in comparison with food options from outside.
Some negatives:
1. The dinner time is 7pm to 10 pm which coincides with the isha prayer time because of which you will have to either miss your tawaf after isha or miss dinner if you plan on staying at haram for tawaf after isha.
2. This hotel has a steep walk while coming from haram to the hotel which makes it a bit difficult to walk all the way to the hotel from haram.
3. I didn’t find the shuttle service to be very organized and had to take taxi while coming back from haram to the hotel.
Overall this is a nice hotel to choose if you don’t have children to carry or wheel chair requirements as walk from haram to the hotel is a big challenge. If you are physically fit and can walk uphill then don’t think twice and go for it.

It was generally fine, however restaurants there are horrible.
There was a problem with the internet. And since it is on a high road, you would need the bus to move.
