Location was very good with shops and restaurants nearby. Shuttle service just 30 seconds from the hotel and it takes 3-5 minutes to reach Haram. You have to ask for the room clean that's the drawback. Staffs were good but slightly slow. Recommended for family.

Overall, the hotel was good and value for money, but the manager really needs better customer service behavior.
I asked for two single beds room because my brother was coming from Jeddah to meet me and also mentioned that last time Elaf Bakkah Hotel gave me this room type upon request.
Instead of responding politely, the manager replied in a very arrogant way, saying, “This is my law and that is their law.” This was completely unprofessional.
He could have simply explained the hotel policy in a polite manner, or just excuse, or informed me about any extra charges if applicable. But his attitude was rude and unacceptable, as if he was speaking like a king and using the word “law” in a wrong way. Because of this experience, I will not go there again.

1- They only gave 1 key ! And we are 2 person and 1 go out he will take the key and electric will be off ! So how and not allowed to give another key we have to deposit 300b
2- Not help for luggage at all.
3- No Soundproofing at all .
4- If I ask for anything they asking me to come to reception to take it .
