فندق مرتب ورائع فيه ايجابيات وسلبيات
الايجابيات:
- فندق نظيف ومرتب بشكل عام
- اللوبي كبير وجميل يعيبه وجود محلات عشوائية بداخله ولا تعكس هدوء المكان وجماله
- الفطور الصباحي لا بأس به واتمنى تحسينه بشكل أفضل
- الاستقبال والخدمة جميلة واشكر جميع العاملين
السلبيات:
- المواقف السفلية تحت الفندق محدودة جدا وضيقة فهي لا تتسع الا ١٠ سيارات 🚗 تقريبا
- البعد عن الحرم مشيا على الأقدام
- مواعيد الحافلة 🚌 من وإلى قليلة نوعا ما

الفندق جيد من ناحية النظافة و الشكل وحجم الغرف. عندما وصلنا الى استقبال الفندق لعمل الدخول سلمنا على موظفتين في الاستقبال كانتا مع بعضهما. لم ترد علينا اي واحده حتى اعدت السلام الى ٣مرات بعدها ردوا السلام. في اليوم الثاني انقطعت الكهرباء من 6:30 الى 9:20 مساء. لم نستطع الخروج من الفندق لاننا في الطابق 11 كما ان بص الفندق الوحيد لذي يوصل للحرم كان يجب عليه ان يتحرك الساعة 10 تحرك قبل الموعد. لاننا وصلناالساعة 9:57 فقال امن الفندق ان البص تحرك. وعندما تكلمنا مع موظفات الفندق و ضعف اللوم علينا 😡. في اليوم الثاني تلقيت اتصال من الإدارة و اعتذروا عن انقطاع الكهرباء و في المقابل قالوا لنا متى نريد الخروج من . الفندق في اليوم التالي فقلنا لهم الساعة 5 مساء فوافقوا في الساعة 12 من يوم الخروج اتصلت على الاستقبال وقلت لهم انه سيكون خروجنا من الفندق الساعة 5 لكن الموظفه قالت انه في الكمبيوتر عندها الساعة 4 , قلت لها موافق. عند الساعة 3:30 اتصلت موظفة استقبال على الغرفة و تكلمت معي بإسلوب فظ بأنه سوف يحسبون علي نص يوم لاني تأخرت في الخروج وعندما قلت لها ان ادارة الفندق سمحت لي بالخروج الساعة،4 لم تصدق حتى قلت لها انه تعويض لانقطاع الكهرباء في اليوم السابق عندها جاوبت بنبرة فظة و غير مهذبة و قالت عليك الخروج من الغرفة الساعة الرابعة.
لاحظت ان بعض موظفي الاستقبال ليسوا على المستوى المطلوب التعامل مع النزلاء
