The location was fab, the price was fantastic. The property was nice with everything we needed.

The check in process was absolutely horrific!!!! What makes it worse is the people round the area, explained this happens all the time. I cannot understand why the management run the check in process like this. We were told to call on arrival to get a code for the key box. However, no-one was answering. This was so stressful. We were tired after travelling, kids were upset, and we couldn’t get anyone to help. The number on the front door was not correct. I had to try find WiFi to check my booking.com emails for another number and no one was answering. Eventually someone returned my calls and gave me the pin. This could’ve all been avoided if this information was given prior to arriving. Even the morning of. I don’t understand why they leave for you to arrive and then ask you to call them. I read previous reviews but didn’t think we would fall under this situation and here we were. Everything else was great. But the stress of the check in process really needs addressed as it’s not fair.

The view was amazing and the place was spotless and smelt unreal, it’s a little outdated and old fashioned which we knew before we booked so it wasn’t an issue it was really comfortable we got to use the pool next door which was heated and lovely like I said the view outweighed any cons we had, with a little decorating and new furniture it would be 10/10

Liked the location as there was lots to do locally, taxi were affordable and plenty of them to go to the commercial centre . The views are amazing

Complex is rundown and could do with some TLC. Communication from supplier could be better. The lock to the complex is very temperamental and you get stuck trying to get in or out we observed lots of people having this problem.
