We love the location of the property, the staff are very friendly and the apartments are well equipped and cleaned every other day. The value for a week stay was extremely good. We will stay here again but they are usually booked out.

This was the first time we had to pay a 200 euro deposit & were advised no parties or bringing people back to the apartment. Maybe look at the age demographic of the people first before saying this as most of us middle aged people are going to Peurto Rico for a relaxing holiday in May. ( Just my opinion)

The room with the balcony is nice and spacious 😊 the view is great, you can sunbathe on your own balcony or go down to the pool and get some sun there 🙂 the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they follow strict rules which makes it fair for everyone 🙂 there were a few scratches on furniture and breaks on the glass door, but those little things didn’t make our stay worse at all 🙂 the location is perfect, you’re in walking distance from Puerto Rico beach for the day and 5 mins away from the shopping centre where we had our night meals, it work great for us

very clean. warm pool. good value for money . location good as a lot less noise from the main centre at night. also location low enough to walk easily, too and from the beach and the centre !

the only reason the property did not get excellent review from us, was the fridge was very old and did not chill down enough and when we asked the maintenance manager if it could be improved and / or changed for a better model we were told unfortunately not !! we felt this was very poor and sadly did let the property down in our eyes.......

Great location close to beach and bottom centre

I couldn’t gain access to the property, I tried emailing messaging and ringing every number that was attached to the booking on the website- either no one responded or when I did get through on the phone I was told to go away and not call back I showed up to the property and the stated time of check in no one was there and reception was closed- after around 1 hour 20 minutes a cleaner eventually let me in I had called booking.com there response was first it was closed for work being carried out and then the had over booked even once the cleaner had let me in I was then messed around so much with the payment
