This 2-bedroom flat close to the beach is located in a very well-kept house in the lower flat part of Puerto Rico, in the south of Gran Canaria, where the bathing season is all year round. It is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV, washing machine and microwave. Small appliances such as an iron, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. are also available. A safe is available for the storage of valuables. The living room has a balcony. The flat can sleep up to 4 people. A cot can be added if required. The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children. Thanks to an electronic lock, it is also inaccessible to strangers. A key safe in the entrance area of the house allows flexible arrival and departure around the clock. On request, a parking space can be provided in the underground car park, where you can park a hire car, for example. If required, we can offer a transfer service to and from the airport.
