About this apartment rental
The bright spacious apartment is located in a very well maintained house in a quiet location in a little-traveled side street in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Puerto Rico. The apartment consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen. All rooms have separate entrances and are therefore no through-rooms. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortably furnished incl. Flatscreen TV, microwave and washing machine. For the safekeeping of valuables a safe is available. The living room has a balcony where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a wonderful sea view. The apartment offers a sleeping possibility for up to 6 persons. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children. Thanks to an electronic lock, it is also not accessible to strangers.
The house is a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal and the center of Puerto Rico. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the residential area at night and during the day. The beach of Puerto Rico is a sandy beach and a lagoon with all the following advantages (no currents, no big waves, water temperature on average slightly higher, etc.). The sheltered location in the bay usually ensures no wind. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops and a doctor on call (24 h). Getting to and from the airport can be done by bus or by a transfer company.

Vorneweg das Highlight der kurze Weg zum Strand maximal 200m dann sind die Füße nass ;-)
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Einbauschränke im Schlafzimmer hätten mehr Ablagefächer haben können (so nebenbei) Sonst passte alles.
Wer es geräuschlos mag für den wäre es nicht das richtige. Uns hat es nicht gestört.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich. War stets erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er schnell geholfen.
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
Ps. Beim Parken in der Straße unbedingt darauf achten in weiß markierten Flächen zu Parken sonst gibts ein Ticket.

Korridor sehr eng, ansonsten geräumig
Radio und Toaster ging nicht.
Kein Lift vorhanden ins 2. OG und Licht schaltet rasch aus im Treppenhaus was unangenehm ist. Sonst zu empfehlen von der nahen Lage an Strand Puerto Rico, ruhig und familiär
