Great penthouse completely renovated and equipped with quality and good taste.
Penthouse located in a large residential complex with a large heated pool and several elevators.
The complex is located a few minutes’ walk from the shopping areas and the famous beach of Puerto Rico.
The property consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and television.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and a wonderful terrace with views of the sea and the urbanization.
In total, the apartment can accommodate 4 people: in 1 double bed and in 1 double sofa bed.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday, on holidays or late check in: contact the agency. The key collection site: apartment. Before arrival, the contract will be signed online, a security deposit will be paid by card (€100) and all remaining payments. The deposit will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Nice and clean apartment, everything you need in the apartment present, warm welcome on arrival. Problem during busy time of the year is parking, no dedicated parking available and you have to look for spaces on the street which was difficult to find even on the off season time. Place is great, near beach a lot of food places and bars.
