Está muy limpio y nuevo, además de bonito, y cuenta con básicos necesarios como toallas de baño y playa, y sombrilla. También había azúcar, café, aceite… La cama muy cómoda. Vistas al puerto de Puerto Rico desde la terraza. Estación de bus al lado de la puerta de atrás del complejo. Las limpiadoras y personal del complejo muy amables y serviciales.
Las almohadas (más bien cojines) nos dieron dolor de cuello.

Estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo. Con un montón de cosas necesarias. Sal, azúcar, vengaré y esas cosas…
El aparcamiento que había muy poco.

Appartement avec une très bonne orientation, terrasse abritée du soleil avec vue sur le port et la plage. Puerto Rico est abrité du vent de par sa situation, ce qui en fait un lieu privilégié par rapport à Maspalomas que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Commerce près du logement pour les courses quotidiennes. Beaucoup de marches pour aller en bord de mer par une passerelle, un peu difficile pour des personnes âgées mais pratique, très bien desservie en bus ou taxi. La piscine, un gros plus car très agréable et très propre. Environnement très calme.
Nous ne nous sommes pas servis de la climatisation car, voulant profiter de la terrasse, l'apport d'air chaud supplémentaire n'est pas agréable. Dans les chambres, un ventilateur au plafond efficace mais un peu bruyant la nuit en vitesse rapide.
