Amazing pool, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room, cheap taxi ride to the excellent beach.

Location is a walk and a half from the beach. Sea was surprisingly cold. Ugly, depressing shopping centre in front of it.

The location next to Europa Centre was excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms and professionalism of all staff was also excellent. We had a ground floor apartment, the addition of our own sun beds was well received. Breakfast was well presented and we liked the buffet choices. Miss Paraguay (as we called her) in the restaurant was excellent and very friendly. A credit to the hotel.

The lights going off in the bathroom on a timer was a bit of a pain, especially when you were having a shower. The mattress protector could have been a bit softer.

Comfortable beds, clean apartment, quiet poolside, has everything you need. Good Location , lots of bars, resturants near by.

Could occasionally be a little noisey at night from the europa shopping centre but stopped at a reasonable time.

Stayed here a few years ago and the location is amazing, down stair rooms right by pool. Breakfast was pretty good, bar fairly priced, staff friendly but now starting to look tired

Unfortunately it's starting to look dated and run down now. Lots of rotten wood in our rooms, our shower flooded the room, towels looking tired and ripped, area around the pool kept clean but when you start looking metal edging rotten and places looking tired. Had Netflix on TV but couldn't get it to work, have to pay for lots extras now, safe, sheets if you want them changed more than once all of this on top of already pricey apartments
