The apartment has a lot of potential. its a beautiful and quet area if you want to live away from night life in Puerto Rico.
Terrace was beautiful with sunscreen available.
There was a lot of aunts inside the apartment and outside the entrance door. Sent information to the owner but since I know the reply will be slow i went to the supermarket and bought anti insect spray.
Keys for laundry room and pool area was not inside the apartment according to instructions. Received the keys the day after so it was good.
If any problems do not expect to get reply immediately.
Furniture's and floor are worn out and shows a lot of wear and tear.
Cleaning was not good since I found dust in all corners.
