Nice, clean simple room for a peaceful stay.

Arrived early and was able to store my luggage while I explored the city. There was juice available for a refreshing drink at the front desk when you checked in. Great location, near the metro. Within walkind distance to cafes for coffee and meals. Appreciated the elevator! The room was simple, providing just what was needed. The TV worked well for the time I was in the room. Breakfast had a nice assortment of hot and cold food and beverage options. Appreciated the front desk staff arranging for a taxi on my early departure morning to the airport.

All in all it was a pleasant two night stay. The toaster was different - the tray needed to be folded down for the toaster to work. There were a couple pieces of old bread when I went to make toast. Would be good for a diagram or leave the tray folded down for folks to use the toaster. I noticed it was folded back up when I left breakfast

A pleasant and convenient place to stay while visiting family and going to the Christmas market.

Solo trip-safe area

Safe area, walking distance to shopping centre, Marathon start /finish and main city centre. Didn't need to go near central station area - tube station nearby. Room had everything I needed as a solo traveller including kettle. Comfy bed and clean. Pleasant environment.

Very comfortable room, quiet, and close to our friends in Frankfurt. It was 20 minute walk into the centre or 5 minutes to the train. Breakfast was was good, including warm and cold dishes, cereals etc.

I arrived at 2pm and was told I couldn’t check in before 3pm. Even if that is the policy, the receptionist didn’t make any effort to check if there was a room already cleaned and available. I’m a regular there and it was disappointing.

Cheap & great location but do not book if you have dust allergies

The location and the price is unbeatable. Most attractions are within 15-30 walk.

The water pressure in the shower is pathetic. I have dust mite allergy and can tell the room is very dirty (not the mattress and pillow cover, that is ok) The carpet and curtains have probably not been washed since a long time. Every time I get into my room, my eyes itch and swells up slightly.

Very good hotel

The room was at the back of the hotel and was quiet (as we had asked). It was clean, a good size, there was a tilt and turn window, a good sized double bed, TV, kettle, complimentary bottles of water, glasses, coffee and coffee cream, plenty of towels, toiletries and slippers. The location was, for our purposes, ideal - very close to Westend U-bahn and the 36 bus, good cafés and a Rewe corner shop. We did not book or try breakfast as we had made other arrangements elsewhere in town.

It is a personal matter but the mattress transmitted any movement while lying on it from one end of the matter. I am a light sleeper and so kept being woken by my partner's movements. Next time we stay here we'll get twin beds rather than a double.

Location. Easy to walk almost anywheres from hotel. Also close to metro lines.we didn't eat breakfast there as a little pricey at €16pp ( 5 of us)

We didn't get a lot of room service ( bins emptied only) and we had to ask for additional towels, toilet roll, coffee pods etc however any requests we had were dealt with efficiently.

Location and style, staff was great.

The thermostat in the room only turned AC on/off but not according to temperature, I set it to 24C and went to sleep . I woke up shivering because the AC ran full blast all night. However, it has AC and is very cold. The room had a large glass door between the entrance/bathroom area and the main room. Leaving the door open took up a lot of space in the main room.

Best stay in Frankfurt

Staff was super helpful and friendly. They were assisting me all the time with my transportation, providing info about restaurants near by, and with all my requirements, they are attentive. I was extremely comfortable and loved my stay.

There was no Bar or a restaurant for lunch dinner etc . Would have been wonderful if they facilitate these two meals or either of them..

At our 2nd stay the heating didn't seem enough to make the temperature comfortable in the room. Even turning the heater way up it was still a bit chilly.
