Very much a curate's egg

Good shower, great location, friendly staff.

There was no table or desk suitable for placing a laptop. The shampoo ran out and was not replaced. After paying my bill and getting to the airport, I noticed I had been charged for two dinners on the last night. I did have one dinner, but I paid for it with cash, as I did for all my drinks and meals during the 10 days. Clearly two dinners were somehow charged to my room mistakenly. Addendum: the hotel rang to apologise for the mix-up over the meals, and sent a refund.

Es war ein tolles Wochenende und ich kann es nur empfehlen

Es waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ein vernünftiger Mülleimer außer der Badezimmer Eimer wäre schön gewesen

Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug und wir waren auf der zweiten Etage, dass war leider aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht sehr passend für uns.

Bei gutem Wetter schöner Aktivurlaub. Leider ist nach dem Abendessen der Tag abgeschlossen.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und die Speisekarte übersichtlich. Kleine Gaststätte macht Reservierung erforderlich. Die Fussgängerzone hat wenig zu bieten. Vieles ist geschlossen oder wirkt wenig einladend. Tolle Tourist Info.

Einrichtung in der Gastätte könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Schöne gepflasterte Fussgängerzone leider wenig belebt und altbackene Gestaltung der wenigen Schaufenster und Häuser. Fehlende Aussengastronomie. Pkws und Lieferverkehr sind eingeschränkt leider erlaubt. Es scheint in Bad Bertrich üblich zu sein, Restaurantgäste trotz freier Tische mit der Begründung diese für Hotelgäste freizuhalten abzuweisen. Und dies nicht freundlich. Spontanität ist hier nicht möglich.

Für eine Nacht war es ok.

Das Frühstück war OK. Es gab verschiedene Wurst- und Käsesorten, Marmelade und Ei. Als Getränk stand Kaffee, Tee und Milch zur Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem.

Das Frühstück hätte reichhaltiger sein können. Z.B. fehlte Obst für den Joghurt. Die Sportsbar hatte geschlossen, weil Personal fehlte. Die Zimmer sind nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen, was für ältere Menschen beschwerlich sein kann.

Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und das Frühstück sehr gut, jederzeit wieder!

Der Fernseher ist sehr hoch angebracht und die Senderliste etwas unübersichtlich.

Liegt in der Fußgängerzone, die Parkmöglichkeit ist weit weg. Hat man einen Koffer mit, hat man ein Problem. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.
