It’s in a great location for us, for being close to family, metros, food & drink. Great to have a bar next door.

I rooms were situated close together as requested.

We requested 2 rooms, one was significantly smaller than the other. The shower in room 304 did not have a full door or curtain which resulted in water pooling on the bathroom floor with each shower, requiring the use of extra towels. The walls are thin.

No hot water, very small room, grumpy rude staff.

Room was clean and presentable when we arrived. The soap and bits in the bathroom were appreciated.

The room was very very small and smelt musty. We have stayed here on 2 other occasions and have come back because it was pleasant and in a good location for friends who live in the area. The shower hose was uncontrollable which sprayed water out of the shower cubicle and onto the carpet which is why we think the room smelt musty. We had no hot water for 2 days. There was only ever 1 member of staff at the hotel who was very rude and always kept saying I have nothing to do with it. It eventually go fixed but no sorry or explanation. This time we were very disappointed with the hotel, room and service.

Location, cleanness and comfort.

The early check-in required was apparently a shock while the room was ready... The lift kept not working during the whole stay and we ended being almost blocked between 2 floors.

As per the location and the price and staff it was really worthy.

The sheets and bathroom were clean Room was small but for single it is fine. But I didn’t like the carpet or moquette , this is a bog source of bacteria.

The pictures at Booking do NOT reflect reality. They look like a stand alone building but it's above some shops. Rooms are small, even for big city standards.

room size convient , bathroom big close to metro 5 stations from champs elysee breakfast was ok

1-very rude girl at restaurant with yellow dyed ala garcon hair was unhelpful at all & rude shouting when i dropped few cereals of course by accident..couldn’t believe she’s treating guest like this! 2-air conditioner was so bad ,old almost not working even after i requested many times to fix it

Comfortable stay

A modern hotel well located for Fondacion Louis Vuitton; taxi rank close by and buses outside the hotel so good transportation links. Room 518 was very comfortable apart from the bed which was a little soft for me

Well, Le Bon Hotel certainly lived-up to it's name, for my stay was very, very GOOD 👍🏻. From the warm greeting on my arrival, to helping source a charger for my phone, to the beautiful room with calming decor - I loved 💗 the scatter of designer feathers 🪶 😊. I was in room 402, with a balcony - the sights and sounds of the neighbourhood where gentle as they wafted upwards, reminding me that I was in amazing 🥰 Paris 🇫🇷. The room and bathroom were all 100/💯% super clean - the wonderful bathroom with excellent lighting, bath 🛁, shower🚿 and the soft, like new towels. The bed 🛏 was extremely comfy, and gave a very restful sleep 😴. I highly recommend the breakfast, from the cheery "Hello!" 🤗 of the staff to the excellent food 🍳🥓🥐🥖🥞 and beverages ☕🧃 - it was all delicious 😋. The ambiance of the restaurant was clean and very pleasing. I was solo travelling, and felt nothing but safe and tranquil during my trip 😌☯️🕊. I saw many famed sights - the Hotel is on all good bus 🚍 and train/metro 🚉 routes, and within walking distance of the incredible art 🖼 gallery Fondation Louis Vuitton in the gardens of Bois de Boulogne, where I visited the David Hockney 🎨🖌 exhibition. I had a totally splendid time at Le Bon Hotel 👏🏻 - a truly kind and GOOD stay. 🌹

The room was a bit small but that’s only because I am being asked for an area of improvement. I moved around some tables and it was perfect. I think small rooms are common for Paris. It wasn’t an issue.

Still fighting with them to free up the pre-authorisation from my credit card 2 weeks after my stay. They first answered that they released the money, when I asked multiple times for evidence, they don't answer. I know I finally will get there, but for the money I spent there, I would expect better customer service. I've booked a few hotels in Paris and never had such a poor service. The hotel itself was average, all in all just very bad value for money.

it was a perfect location, just 200m from Metro line1.

the internet was horrible. also near the lobby, and in the rooms, internet was very slow and with interruption. tried to work a bit in the evenings or mornings, no hope.

The hotel looks Iike it didn’t survive COVID. Carpets were old and dirty. Linens were clean. Two tiny, tiny pillows on a queen bed. Bathroom was clean. Elevator was broken when I arrived. I had to climb 3 floors to access my room after an international flight. The key card didn’t work. The front desk person begrudgingly gave me a new keycard. I re-climbed the 3 floors and the second keycard did not work! When the elevator was fixed, it was the scariest elevator in the world. It shook and made ear shattering screeches.
