Nice hotel in great location.

Good hotel in great location. All staff tried hard to make the stay pleasant.

The room was too hot for sleeping at 24.5 degrees C. It was not possible to alter this in the room - and the staff turned the heat down for a couple of nights. The road outside was too noisy to open the window unfortunately.

A smooth stay with very convenient access to both metro and bus lines.

I enjoyed my stay, but I would like to suggest adding boiled eggs to the breakfast menu. This is a common option in many hotels, and it would be a nice addition for guests who prefer a simple, classic breakfast choice.

the room did not have a clothes hanger or stand. The closet was quite small, and when returning from outside—especially in rainy weather—it’s not ideal to hang wet clothes together with clean ones. A simple, inexpensive clothes stand (even a basic model like the ones commonly sold online) would make a big difference for guests

Perfect hotel for those, who want to continue daily running even in a big city like Paris.

Great location, if you do not want to be closer to the biggest tourist attractions. Very well accessible with metro, good restaurants around and 300 m to forest (Bois de Boulogne) for running. Absolutely great breakfast. Friendly staff and air condition in the room.

Well, if I'd like to be very critical, I would have liked to have kitchen-prepared Cafe au Lait for breakfast, not a Nespresso coffee, but to be hones, this was not a big issue.

Had to argue with staff at checkout — booking was ~€450, but they tried to charge ~€730. Minibar wasn’t refilled daily as promised, and I had to dispute that too.

Perfectly positioned for the Louis Vuitton Foundation.

This hotel was perfect for a visit to the Louis Vuitton foundation. I stayed in a double room as a single person so the size was fine, although it may be on the small size for two. It had everything I needed and was very clean.

Exceptional staff who gave a real sense that I was welcomed in the hotel and in this area of Paris.

Staff were all friendly and that was very impressive: not only the staff on reception and at the breakfast area, but also the staff who were preparing the rooms in the morning. Everyone greeted me even if they were in the middle of a task.

Functional and pleaent enough for a nights stay

recieved pleasently and efficinetly by recption who also spoke English free upgrade to a superior room room was clean a tidy close to the Metro station

Lovely little Hotel, well located , exceptionally friendly staff

Hotel is located not 50 yards from line 1 metro so very accessible for all the main sites. Hotel rooms are comfortable with good bedding and decent breakfasts. What made it stand out was the wonderful staff, all super friendly and helpful.

Good and calm place to stay. Public transport shall be used to get to tourist attractions.

The hotel is in good condition and good place to stay over night. More suitable for business travels. Very close to public transport (Metro & Bus). Rooms was clean and well maintained. The LaDefence is in walking distance.

Hotel is quite out from tourist attractions, thus quite limited places around where to have a breakfast or dine. The street is undergoing rebuild activities till 2024, so a lot of construction activities by then. The breakfast on site is overpriced and hotel as well a bit.

Paris 3 night stay

The hotel has very good access to the Metro, which was a key part of our decision for staying. The staff were helpful and spoke English well. Having a TV with a Chromecast was great too! It was very clean and the bed was comfy.

The room was quite small, and there was some damage to some areas eg broken window that was taped and sink with lots of chips in it.

metro station is close, nice walk to the congress

black hair all over my bed, furniture looking older, glass near to bathtub is calcified, 2 elevators very busy going with you up and down when you want to go down one stage, they will not let you use the stairs!!! poor breakfast, no vegetables, one coffee machine broke, long queues for coffee, deposit on my card was withdrawn, then i had to pay with another card, no seats at the reception when you are waiting for somebody

Pleasant

Situated in a lovely neighbourhood, close to Metro Line 1. Close to Bois de Boulogne. Comfy beds. All the staff at the Reception were helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel on the last day.

The hotel is a bit dark and gloomy. There is no lobby to sit in and rest. The room was quite small and not much space for hanging your clothes and coats. No wardrobe. We booked a de lux room, but it did not look like de lux to me...
