Well located. Pretty good gym. Main restaurant was good.
No proper lobby area. If you didn’t put the “do not disturb” sign on your door, the house staff protocols were overbearing. Constantly at the door knocking! Food at the poolside was ridiculously overpriced.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and professional, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our room was always perfectly maintained, and the housekeeping and room service were excellent. Everyone was attentive and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel was also very clean, secure and beautifully maintained. We also mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with such a lovely gesture. They prepared a beautiful dessert and balloons for us, which made the occasion even more special and memorable. We truly appreciated the thought and attention to detail. The location and views were simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever experienced, with a great variety of high-quality and delicious food. The chef was also very friendly and professional.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was at a very high standard, from the cleanliness and service to the food and staff. We had a truly exceptional experience.

The housekeer, his name was Agajan is the best thing happened at the hotel. He cleans properly, he cares and he is exceptional I believe he is only staff who deserves the best
