    I booked a garden‑view room at The Ritz‑Carlton Istanbul, but was given a room on the 3rd floor facing the rooftop bar. I couldn’t even open the curtain because the “view” was directly into the bar area, and the music was loud. I didn’t stay a minute — I left before my luggage even arrived. At reception, I was told this was the only room left and that I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade because I booked a garden view. Only after I asked for a room change or a refund did they upgrade me to a higher floor. Aside from this issue, the rest of the hotel’s services were excellent. The property is located on a hill, and it’s about a 15‑minute walk to Taksim Square. حجزت غرفة بإطلالة على الحديقة في فندق الريتز كارلتون إسطنبول، لكن تم إعطائي غرفة في الطابق الثالث تطل مباشرة على البار الموجود على السطح. لم أستطع حتى فتح الستارة لأن “الإطلالة” كانت على البار نفسه، وصوت الموسيقى كان عالياً. لم أبقِ دقيقة واحدة وغادرت قبل أن تصل أمتعتي إلى الغرفة. في الاستقبال، أخبروني أن هذه هي الغرفة الوحيدة المتوفرة وأنني لست مؤهلاً للترقية لأن حجزي كان بإطلالة على الحديقة. وبعد أن طلبت تغيير الغرفة أو استرجاع المبلغ، قاموا بترقيتي إلى طابق أعلى. باستثناء هذه المشكلة، كانت باقي خدمات الفندق ممتازة. الفندق يقع على تلة، والمسافة إلى ميدان تقسيم حوالي 15 دقيقة مشياً.

    Skip the breakfast. Amazing view with the Bosporus room however proximity to the stadium means there will be lots of external noise. Great hotel tho.

    الفندق يبين في الموقع انه كبير ومطل اطلاله مباشره ع البحر. يعتبر ع جبل وكل شي حواليه صعب الوصول له لان مشي ع ارتفاعات والأمر مرهق جدا. اللوبي صغير جدا ٤ جلسات فقط ومزحوم بالصينين واليابانيين. السويت صغير بالنسبه لسويتات ٥ نجوم والسعر غالي جدا. لا يستحق السعر ولا المكان. سعر غالي ومكان صغير وخدمه الأتراك جدا سيئه يتحدثون بعلو والتأخير المستمر وقت الطلبات والأمن الخارجي غير متعاون. من اسوء التجارب في فندق الرتزكارلتون
