Our stay was overall acceptable, but there were several issues that affected the experience. The room appeared to be insufficiently cleaned. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the floor and around the tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, there was only one set of toiletries provided for three guests, which was disappointing. Do not extra pay for partial sea view, you hardly will see it. The spa area was particularly disappointing. The changing room was not clean, one of the showers was leaking, and personal belongings left by other guests were lying around for an extended period. This gave the impression that the area was not being properly maintained. The staff member at the spa reception behaved in a rather unusual and unprofessional manner, which made the experience less welcoming. While the hotel has potential, improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and spa management are needed to meet expected standards.

The room overall is good and clean and has enough space for two.

There were bugs on the floor and on the bed too. I did not like the room view for the room they gave us.

The view and closeness to taksim.

The room was old, the hotel requires an update and furniture needs a refresh its very outdated. The shower fan was broken, outdoor furniture was tatty, the electrical on one side of room kept shorting out so you couldnt use it. It has a stunning view but thats about it. Close to taksim but lots of noise and no soundproofing.
